The lack of tryouts and lack of diversity of timezones is known. However, hiring instructors solely based off of their timezone is not fair to other candidates that may be more qualified overall. In addition, instructors have lives and aren't always able to host tryouts.
We know this is an issue and are working to mitigate it, so please bear with us.

Because QDF is also not known for being super easy to move up in so I assume you guys canāt hire loads of instructors all the time

There are a few every once in a while that are good time but I havenāt been able to make it due to person stuff to those
Almost always are in the morning or pretty late, every so often there is like a 6PM or an 8PM

So it seems that you've encountered one of our attempts to diversify the times at which our tryouts are hosted.
While the last tryout was not at a friendly time for you, it was at a friendly time for Australians, Asians, and others on that side of the world, as well as for the instructor who lives over there.
Please consider that we are attempting to fix this issue and that others also encounter it.
