it's quite common for school computers in the us

it's just an uploaded hwid

hwid now is accurate enough to do stuff like this

changing out your mobo is essentially the only way of bypassing it without using complex methods

every other component is also hwid and iirc it triggers only a certain percentage of them are recognised

as in a GPU from a school computer wouldn't trigger that alert since it's only one component

it also treats PCIE devices like hwid idents, for example usb controllers n that kind of stuff
