Wait is this a realistic DMR
Recent work:
Removed Realism script, was causing annoyances with precise first person movement.
Renaming the power lasers to follow the new QSERF naming, this had already been considered early on, but I decided to go with QSERF parity rather than name accuracy, the new naming tidies that up nicely.
Cut out old garbage from fuel and fusion systems to pave way for actual stuff (the sim will retain the previous lore of the DMR being a fusion reactor)
Modeled keys (I hate small modeling I hate small modeling)
Ehhh it's "realistic"
The DMR can't really be realistic, it breaks a lot of physics, but this is designed to be as fully simulated as possible
Oh yeah, I'm also preparing to make improvements to the catalyzer simulation
Including:
More accurate point kinetics algorithm
Better display (period rather than abstract 'reactivity')

why not remove the windows and make it part of the chamber? maybe because each power laser is like a small nuclear reactor, there could be condensate tanks or something connected to the secondary or primary loop of the small reactors that power the lasers

I literally just pushed a pretty sizable update
Catalyzer 1 is testing with using reactor period instead of abstract "reactivity"
until someone reuses the game as their own
Reactivity calculations have been slightly modified to make things less stupid
And the catalyzers now have dynamic glow based on neutron flux
It's interesting how we can see non pushed updates when we edit the game

Forgot about sound recording but I also made a QSERF-style glow effect for the reactor, as well as a small smokey effect
The glow will likely work similar to the catalyzer glow, being dependent on core output and visible during normal operation

The fire alarm functions work by creating 2 seperate loops that flash the alarm lights and play the sounds respectively, lasting until the main alarm var is disabled
The main alarm var is also used for the "FIRE ALARM" annunciator on the right DMR annunciator panel
