Raiders would have to have a hacker on their team (accessible by gamepass and tryout) and they would need to make their way to the quantum computer and start hacking it so that they can have control of the facility, Security will start swarming the chamber required by protocol unless advised not to by a Tactical agent+, once the facility has been taken control of, the raiders would then need to start a reactor purge by locking all the fusion lasers to max and coolant to zero, they will then start the magnetic process of purging the reactor.
