I can't wait to take renders like this of my model once it's done
I wonder how realistic I can get the renders to look
Interior render of Unit 1's 5th floor with the new blowout panel detailing
And in addition to this new render
I can now announce that work on Unit 2 has begun ποΈ
no metalwork this time im affraid
all concrete
there isnt much else I can do with this yet, so im going to finish one of the exhaust stacks in the meantime
almost there
but i need to adjust some of the trusses before i can add the rest
not many more to do though
and the pink X trusses i only need to do half of because i can simply mirror the other half
if i can get all of the vertical trusses done by the end of today, ill be happy with that
that will leave me with all day tomorrow to do the horizontal braces as well as the MP platforms and ladders (might even add the drain pipe and SGTS line connections)
adding the internal braces now
having to make adjustment to the mounting points as i move down the stack
Fire
i like the white splatter kind of look on the exterior units
Unit 2 work
π₯
holy fuck
You can feel what now?
currently testing the SPDS screens
working on the "control and transfer" equipment
oo
π₯
oh thats fuckin amazing like π₯
good god that's a lot of faces
is this game gonna be playable?
taking a small break from my Shinkansen projects to return back to Fukushima
expect more updates soon
Fukushima Daiichi 3D Recreation
For anyone interested, my project now has an official X (Twitter) page: https://x.com/1F_RESTORED/status/1961842953879491067
I'll be posting there more than anywhere else now (besides my own server) to try and gain more of an interest across a wider audience.
For those that are interested, and would like to, I've attached a link to one of my recent posts, that will in turn take you to the main profile page
loooking pretty cool
W.I.P Unit 1 SPDS - 05 γγ©γ³γγ΅γγͺ
Im thinking of opening up the ABWR test place this weekend as so many people across multiple servers have shown interest in it.
Keep in mind, its not functional, and was never finished being built, but would you want to visit and have a look around at what could have been for a couple hours?
React with a
if you would want to visit too
We have 14 people so far across 2 servers
Unfortunately, i wont be opening this place this weekend.
Ill notify here when the opportunity becomes available again

Brand new Plant Summary SPDS with LCD filter - More new displays to follow
arent "HPCP" just condensate boosters? ive never seen them be called like that
Essentially yes, though the Toshiba SPDS lists them as high and low pressure condensate pumps
isint unit 1 GE however?
Yes
But things were replaced
Not one piece of equipment that is currently in the central control room is original
The old American equipment was unreliable and inaccurate so everything was replaced with domestically designed and made items
The display screens were not there originally, they came about in the 80s
Originally, a standard large control rod display was in its place
Everything was replaced in the 80s
Lighting, flooring, equipment, genersl furniture, printers, monitors
more texturing
updated labels to include engraving depth
Love this project
Its taking a lot longer than j first thought to make all these custom meter backings
