How it works (houses):
I travel to the city where money will be transferred and receive payment from the buyer.
Once I am in possession of the money, the seller transfers the house to the buyer. If the seller fails to transfer the house, money is returned to the buyer.
Once the buyer confirms they have received the house, I release money to the seller.
How it works (item sales):
I will place one character in the origin city and take possession of the item to be sold.
I will place a second character in the destination city where payment is to be made.
I will take possession of both the item and the money. Once both have been received I will release the item, and the money to the correct parties.
