How does the elevator work?

I have two stations with shafts in between, but the top station bounces off of the bottom station, returning me to the top, and the bottom station clips me into the wall.

Can colonists use the elevator as well or is it only for players?

I thought it didn't put you outside at the station, so theoretically it shouldn't matter

But it might matter 😅

There's also an up and a down button, if you haven't noticed

I solved the issue. orz

This is in my cheat world, so I had it on num5 speed.

It doesn't work at all on that speed.

Yeah I guess the "exit elevator" happens before you're fully at the station
