Most gluten free bread is pretty sad tbh, but maybe a focaccia
I managed to find 1 brand of gluten free bread here in the states that was amazing. My Whole Foods carries it. It’s called Bread Srsly but it’s like $13 a loaf.
as ambra said a lot of gluten free bread is very sad, but if i had to pick one id say any rolls are good
