I would pick Neptune or Saturn based on the following assumptions.

Mercury would taste burnt
Venus would taste sour
Earth would taste nasty
Mars would taste earthy (ironically)
Jupiter would probably be like a jaw barker, and have layers of different flavors
Saturn would taste like multiple fruits I think. like a frutti tutti type flavor
Uranus would taste like... lets not think about that one
Neptune would taste like the ocean water drink from sonics drive-in. which is basically sprite with coconut extract.

as for all the moons, theres to many to list. same with asteroids and dwarf planets.
