My cat is named ‘cat’, in Dutch we just call her ‘poes’.

When I was really little maybe like 3-4, my mum got a little Jack Russel and while they were trying to name her I just decided on “Doodles” because of the dog from the Tweenies and that was settled on cos I said so apparently 😂

I foster cats so I get to name them a lot of the time and so I name the boy kittens stupid things like pigeon, rat, bimba, just some examples

I once named a Guinea pig "blacky". Because it was black. And another time we had too name two siblings (Blackys kids) and my sister named one "Blitz" (lightning) (it had a stripe of fur on it's forhead that looked like lightning. And I named the other one "Donner" (thunder) "because the brown that was showing in parts of his fur looked like 'soundwaves' ".
