I wish I could stick to healthy habits that I am trying to implement for myself more easily.
Like going to bed & waking up at sensible times, not doing Duolingo last minute every day... Just developing a healthy routine.

the gym can be pretty daunting at first but everyone there is there for the same reason, gym people are usually friendly (at least in my experience) :)

Oh that's a very real sentiment, and I still feel like that. But most of the time I find that if people are looking it's either because they're zoned out, looking to copy your form, or looking to help you with your form

I tried to do them daily but it's really hard to be consistent
I tried exercising for a week and it's easier said than done
for anyone lacking motivation to keep going with working out just know that it's ok to skip a day (or even a week) if you're not feeling it or you're sick. you'll want to pick it back up sooner if you give yourself some patience and understanding by allowing yourself grace and not beating yourself up over it
