You're not supposed to use NI in SyncVars or Sync* collections...what's the float value you're putting in there and what are you using it for on the client?
The float value is the timeleft that player has to reconnect before they are kicked. It is used to tell the other clients in a GUI how much time that dced client has left before kicked...
