nicely looking build! how bad are the gpu temps/noise? it seems like msi ventus and shadow cards this gen are really bad

In real gaming (Black Ops 6 at 3440×1440 DLSS Balanced, long sessions), the RTX 5070 SHADOW runs in the mid-40s to high-50s C on the core, with memory junction well within spec. Worst-case synthetic load (FurMark) peaked around 67 C, with no thermal or power throttling and no fan oscillation—just steady airflow noise under load.

The Ventus/Shadow complaints usually come from unrestricted cases with poor airflow. In this build, airflow and fan behavior are dialed in correctly, so the card stays cool, quiet, and stable without any GPU power limiting.

Also no, complaints i have seen usually come from people with good airflow in their builds
