Nothing special, just wanna post it more for guidance and advice. Mostly just followed all the tips and tricks from other Ridge builds.
CPU: 9800X3D
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH L12S, Silverstone AS120 set as exhaust
GPU: Palit RTX 5070Ti GamingPro V1
RAM: 32GB Gskill Flare X5
Motherboard: Asus ROG B650E-I
Storage: 2TB Samsung 990 Pro x 2, 1TB WD HDD
PSU: Corsair SF1000
Case "mods":
- hammered out a rivet stud interfering with this mobo's IO shroud. If left alone, mobo IO doesn't line up with the case IO cutout and all clearances are off.
- snipped the power cord plastic to be able to squeeze in 2x 60mm fans
- used some rubber standoffs from another case to offset the power plug by a few mm and used longer screws.
- did the upside down standing layout (GPU on bottom)
Build notes:
- IDCooling FH-07 fan hub on the "tray" of the GPU mount
- 2x Silverstone AS140 set as intake in place of the default 140mm fans
- 2x Thermalright B6B set as intake on top panel
- 3x IDCooling NO-8010 set as intake on bottom panel (an 80x15 fan like the Arctic P8 Slim would fit more snug.. but I'm wary of bending the GPU cable too much)
- GPU BIOS switch turned to silent
