some undervolt would greatly help with noise and temps, usual value is 2550-2650 at 925mv, depending on how good your chip is

all you need is msi afterburner. there's a lot of vids on yt how to do it, pretty easy

you can mount the psu on standoffs similar to the motherboard to give a gap between the psu and the gpu. it will improve temps
