#pc flickers the display when a game is running and other visual glitches

Ryzen 7 5800X
Rx 6700xt on a (on a riser cable, the pc has always had it, but the problems have gotten worse recently)
TN monitor on display port
32gb ram

since a long time ago ive always had issues with discord media players not showing up properly but that was a minor issue

more recently when i am running a game, youtube videos on firefox begin to stutter and have audio issues, streaming on to discord and twitch has started to slow performance on games when in the past i could stream 1080 30 while keeping my games at 120 frames

and even streaming console games causes my audio to glitch out slightly

i have dusted my pc, reinstalled amd drivers, uninstalled any bloat to keep my computer at under 600gb/1tb

But the main application I am using (except Minecraft) doesn’t ever flicker

And I usually never notice high core temps

Like I can play dota for 2-4 hours and get to 60-70° but no issue

I’m going to put time to unbuild it tomorrow and check without the riser then re backup my files for a windows reinstall, I think I’ve done it semi recently but I can’t be sure

My worst fear is that I might have gotten a bad batch of silicon or maybe my vram heat pads are bad

And if it’s a silicon issue I might have trouble since I bought it a long time ago secondhand .-.
