Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D
Case: Fractal Design Terra Mini-ITX
PSU: Cooler Master V1100 SFX Platinum
GPU: 4090 FE
MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-I
Cooler: Noctua NH-L9a-AM5 chromax.Black
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6600MHz
The CPU temp runs about 80 degrees.
When I put my hand on the MOBO its super hot as well as the PSU.
What can be the issue?
Would you guys recommend me to get a bigger cooler?
Could the PSU be defective?

you might be able to fit a 10mm taller cooler but i think it would be too close to the case and cause noise

im rocking a 5 7600 and its getting a bit hot in the same case

Adding a duct is basically required any time your are air cooling and the intake is more than 5mm from the panel
It's just recirculating hot air at that point
The l9 kind of sucks for amd but with a duct kit it's going to do much better
A 3d one is good or Noctua sells a foam kit for a reasonable price

if you have 67mm use axp120x67 or any 120mm cooler that fits
at around 65-70mm the 120mm coolers start becoming an option
its lower noise because its a bigger fan and you also get lower ram temps
if you have 70mm, L12s
but youll need either low profile ram, or a board that doesnt have the rear i/o heatsink too high and block it
with dominator axp120 has to face over rear I/o
BS3 Rev. B should be compatible facing over rear i/o

if you use tall ram then 120 coolers need to face this way or it wont work
and if you use lp ram it fits like this which is better for OCing the ram
since gskill LP ram is amazing i would just return the dominators if possible so you can run like the above config
gskill has top binned A-die in 33mm high profile so the corsair isnt any better except for looks
bs3 or axp120 over i/o side will look very cool if it fits though, something like this
