I was even able to retain the front LED light with the aftermarket button with some solder work.
All in all, the build is fantastic and super quiet compared to my expectations. I was able to do some custom fan curves in the bios and even at 80% the fans are hardly noticeable all around.
And finally, I cannot say enough nice things about /u/TechTaxi. He was incredibly insightful, communicative and knowledgeable about all my questions on the process of the custom GPU. It feels and functions like a stock 4080 and made my shoebox dreams a reality.
