About an hour between occurrences, everything disconnects except the display. The usbs reconnect rather quickly but the audio can take minutes. I think it might be a motherboard issue since it is both the audio and usbs that disconnect, but I do not know for sure. I have a new motherboard on the way, but would rather not take it out if I don't have to. Anymore questions for me please ask.

amd?
Yeah
am5 or am4?
common issue unfortunately
am5, would a new mobo fix it?
apprently am5 usb stability was good at launch but has gotten a bit buggy recently
your best bet is to search for user reports of this happening on mobo, and if there is a lot, avoid that board until it gets fixed
try flashing foward or backward on BIOS, might just end up on a stable one
Okay I’ll check into that
also try running everything off a powered USB hub, and make sure the issue isn't from the peripheral side and actually from the PC side (2nd system to test, or unplug stuff one at at time to see if anything is triggering it)
