Awesome work. Do I spot an AMS being used for those 3d printed parts?

Okay seriously you're 2 for 2 right now, next you're gonna slap out like a dreamcast with a 4080 in it and I'm going to cry at the beauty.

#

Also does it still do the Gamecube intro? You know the one

Does this still accept disks?

#

I'm noticing the LP cooler, and I dunno why that'd be the thing to go to if you had the headroom

Just fuck with people, boot up the computercube and have it run the GC intro, then play the newest mario kart.

With the profile of a Minipc, you'd likely be able to scratch out considerably more power, however I don't know for sure how to go about making it fit the right way. It'd be downright hilarious to boot it and run like..fuck I dunno, modded skyrim on it.

#

Man now I want a 3d printer and tools to do this..

Oh fuck...yes

#

"Ive got my gamecube here carl."

What? We can't run co-op crysis on that!

I wonder if it's possible to do the semi-transparent purple plastic for a 3d print on a steam deck...

# humble aspen Would you ever do something similar but with an xbox one case/shell?

I only chose the Gamecube and N64 as basis for these projects for nostalgia reasons. I probably won't do an xbox one, but funny you mention that because in talking to someone else, we were joking that the Gamecube would start to look a lot like a Series X tower if you just keep adding stuff underneath it like the GBA player, a spot to house a GPU, etc

Thought a sleeper xbox would be lit with leds and I had the awful idea to make the sega sound when powered on

I don't remember that when the Original Xbox dropped.

#

Did, did the big black thing I bought a long time ago also have Video Cassette capability?

#

Was that like a mod?

#

Was it possible to watch the original Flubber with Robin Williams on Video Tape through a VCR connection on my original Xbox?

# potent timber Xbox...made a VCR?

I've seen the original XBOX One often referred to as the XBOX One VCR (I think due to both it's similar size to a VCR and Microsoft heavily pushing TV related capabilities at the start of that generation)

Ah ye, that's still a pretty good candidate. GPU space is definitely limited especially if you don't want to use an external power brick, but I've seen a few builds in the One S shell
