So back off the tune
If it works at 1.3, doesn't work at 1.1, try 1.15,
try -12
and lower core clock offset
instead of +200, try +150
Every chip is different
Silicon lottery, silicon to silicon quality differs
That's where tuning comes in lol

They are going to be fairly similar, that's why there's stock settings

Coil whine is caused by the power delivery network, not the chip quality
