lately i've been having monitor flickers and i just saw for the first time a flash of black and white checkered pattern across a webpage (twitter). Not sure what to do besides testing the monitor on a different device like my laptop.

Could be the GPU. Try to find out when it exactly occurs and if you can reproduce it
See if your card runs hot under load, maybe you have old paste

my card just runs hot in general :\ i already changed out the thermal paste and these are my temps w just some tabs open and discord ... and i have a 13600 and 4070 🫠
also my wifi just turned itself off randomly for no reason. not sure why. clicked the slider to turn it back on and its fine but just little things like this make the experience of having a new pc less fun
my rooms ambient temp is 27C
this is my case and i been told that my temps are fine but idk what else could be the issue

i reproduce it by just scxrolling on a webpage. what do i do now?
