Your new wolverine v3 controllers do not allow for total button remapping. You can only remap the 6 additional buttons razer added to this controller. Most of your competitors including the xbox elite and scuff pro controllers allow for total button remapping which makes them way more viable for the pro scene and optimal layouts for each game. Will there be a simple software update that allows for this total remapping or is this controller simply the latest pro controller to miss understand the pro market?

Also there could be people with disabilities that might have to remap the face buttons/dpad/or bumpers. This makes the controller not as inclusive as it should be

Opus X Wireless could really benefit from a firmware update to allow "game mode" setting to stay consistent between power cycles. It is consistent for ANC. If there is built in EQ employed, which I do not know, but if so, could the hump right above the mid bass be lowered and closer to the harman curve, the work is already done for frequency response from rtings.com

1. The Stream Deck is manufactured by Elgato, who in turn is owned by Corsair. Oil and water.
2. In what world would this be viable? People have tried vape phones, shit even ESPN tried its hand at a sports flip-phone, which flopped like hell.

Razer already manufactures components, such as cases, case fans, AIO liquid cooling units, power supplies, fan & RGB controllers, seemingly an eGPU (external GPU) enclosure at one time (not anymore as I can't find anything on the website), and Thunderbolt 4 compatible cables. They have themselves rooted within manufacturing components to help build computers, not the actual processing and logic components within them. They do make pre-builts, though.
4. The AI hype bubble's bound to pop someday pal, and Synapse 3 already has Alexa integration support ¯_(ツ)_/¯
5. Why in the fuck would your ROUTER need Chroma?! You're not going to be running a wireless connection 18 inches away from your rig, your router's going to be out of sight and out of mind, and you'll either be connecting wirelessly with the router from another room or using ethernet. Then if you just try to click fast on your own, it will Multi click, as I am personally NOT fast enough to click just one time. I Truly do Wish that Razer Products were self serviceable!!!! I think a good route in such a space would have "rival" components, like how there's the Huntsman keyboards or Blackwidow keyboard, but have say, 3 or 4 rival components and allow the consumer (us) to be able to have Razer make custom PCs for us. So that Razer will not only make more money, they can keep a cleaner rep, as well, we know they can't be using proprietary parts we will either have a very hard time to upgrade or it be impossible to do so

Either older parts that are just forced to work together, parts that only fit the case and can't be used anywhere else, nor can most other things be used with it. (Example, using a different ram set type thing. Not saying exactly that as an issue but just an example) and by cookie cutter i mean you buy a Alienware PC. Let's say a 4080 build, you'll only have 3 4080 build options and everyone will get only those 3 options. Like how everyone can get an Xbox Series X and it'll be the exact same experience, same hardware, same look, etc.

I've never had an Alienware but I've watched their downfall from a younger age because when I was young I always wanted an Alienware setup. Now, I figured Razer or Logitech are better companies and yeah, they can make faulty products, no one business is perfect, but Alienware has dropped off a lot. The only thing Alienware has going for it is esthetics. It's sad.

Hi Razer team, I'm new here but I've been using your products for a very long time and have enjoyed them. I wanted to inquire if you have any future plans to update the phantom keycaps. I just purchased the new BW V4 Pro 75%. Unfortunately the current phantom keycaps are severely behind the competition. Because of this I purchased the HyperX Pudding 2's, which look great except that a few keycaps did not fit with this keyboard so I did the best I could with what I had. While installing, four keys did not fit from the HyperX set, which include the alt, fn, ctrl, and ins keys. I'm using the razer phantom keycaps on the bottom right alt/fn/ctrl, and for now I just used the end keycap from HyperX where the Ins would go. But you can see from the picture how inferior Razers keycaps are. The lettering is much smaller, very difficult to see without lighting, and the overall quality is worse Razer is ABS, while Hyperx is DS PBT.

I would want a new arcade stick from Razer that would improve on their Atrox/Panthera line.

It would retain the same features that both arcade sticks would have, but also feature enhanced features, such as:
