I got tired of my 60% barely working keyboard and decided to check wether the blackwidow elite that has been sitting in my closet for about a year now works

I put it there in the first place because it was spamming the whole keyboard (maybe due to the fact I spilled some water on it couple months prior)

And turns out it works. You never know what magic a year long banish to the closet can do

But there are some problems.
First, there's the rust where the handrest sits, I used to clean it with wet wipes and didn't dry it after because I wasn't very smart. Additionally, the screws are completely rusted rendering them dead.

Second, some problems with the keys.
The dust that had been gather for a year got under the w key, I think, because its no longer clicky. The 2 key has a dead blue LED and shortly after I started using it again the win key followed suit. The win key was near when the water spilled which explains the problem with the Z key having some contact issues.

Finally, I think there are some driver problems because some random funky stuff has been going on like the keyboard randomly died once when I pressed fn+menu a bunch of times or the volume bar appearing for apparently no reason.

Now, the point of this whole thing is, if anyone has any kind of solution for any of those problems I'd love any kind of support

According to Razer, the Kishi V1 will have partial support in the Razer Nexus app. TBH, the app is pretty lackluster right now, all it's good for is remapping the M1/M2 button on the Kishi V2 and updating the firmware. They are looking to expand features of the app over time though.

I have some mega issues with my Huntsman Elite.. I love the click clack but it's coming at a cost, it has some like "spring back" noise with each key press, so you have the click of the keys, and then it's followed up with the sound of a spring (think firing a nerf gun)

Ever since I've update Cortex, my CPU is ramping up to something like 75C on idle, I thought I had a crypto miner or something but looks like Cortex was taking 10-20% CPU usage on IDLE. If you have this issue I would recommend uninstalling Cortex altogether.

Hi, I am considering buying the Blade 17 (2022) QHD 240hz with RTX 3080 Ti. Its specs speak for themselves. I am impressed.
I have done quite a bit of research on this product and it seems that it commonly has serious cases of battery swelling and explosion.

Therefore, I have a few questions:

1. I have read that its battery swelling is caused by 'high temperatures'. Could someone state how hot exactly in terms of °C?
2. How long is the battery life when the GPU is at max load?
3. How much does the GPU slow down when it is on battery?

Ok the battery swelling is a manageable but indeed a common issue. The answer is to not always use the laptop as a desktop replacement and always leave it on the charger. If you use the battery carefully, this makes swelling far less likely.

1. No we can't. And on the 3080 Ti model, you are definitely volunteering for high temperatures with the highest power and hottest GPU
2. Like any gaming laptop, not long at all, a couple of hours?
3. Significantly unless you tell it not to.

If I were you, buying a laptop in 2022, I'd go for a design with long battery life in mind like a 6900HX model, or a low end intel chip like an 11400H, then pair either of those with an RTX 3060P.

You eliminate a lot of the potential heat and battery issues, while also getting a laptop that's faster than a lot of 3070 and even 3080 laptops

I think most laptop battery life sucks. Telling customers it can last beep beep long with it in low power mode not being used is useless. Almost ever years since 2000 they have found upgrades to stop battery swelling. Bigest change not over filling them. Also making containers better resistant to heat. Moving to cooler sized of laptop. Better charging techniques. I hear on the newest one they don't even wait for battery to charge to full power for video card support.

Well he try to make a part that sold mostly with + or - 10% error tolerance better. I just do controller setup it keeps setting in firmware so it know center and maximum distance. The decrease on most center postion so it reacts as soon as I move it. I don't think they have a company that sell ones even + or - 5 percent. So I like doing software setup and then with newest features you can increase center dead zone. But most are no ware near accurate. This is why setup is great option.

The biggest problem would be if it changes. But I'm not seeing that on many controller unless people taking them apart.

The screw should never be adjusted it might losses off it drop hard. But should stay the same. Also arm should keep pressure. That be a big contract for sure I think that only make two versions. One for controller one for radio controller planes.

I never seen that a problem once controller setup. It always returns to center.

I know we had software problems for a while they added new features that cause problems for sure but hopefully it's gone away. I guess that be support job to report information to manufacture boss. They change it if they had to replace to many under warranty

Most people I see complain have problems with controller memory corruption. You can clear it out with different buttons on different controllers. I find on xbox it's best to hold button in to clear cache to make it go away. Then clear controller memory. It was a software error they blamed.

That or they have sensitive turn up so hight small movements get detected. The increase center dead zones to help with that problem.

I hear both should be getting monitor for bad information store in memory and it should be clear out faster. I have not had problems like that on xbox controller in years. Don't use an other controller. Only had problems on xbox elite 2 for a while during bad softwares code.

I just test xbox with accessories ap if it working normal it not software. I double check firmware make sure it's updated. Do controller setup with software check to see if it's working. Then drop sensitive a little if still a problem. That or look up what button clear cache on system and controller

I'm hoping that problem goes away unless controller broken. I use to have wall of pillow to throw controller into. So many people would hack me it was crazy. They hack router the dos attack my connection. I have them call internet company try to get internet turn off. I had them try to turn off power. Run into hydro poles to turn off power fun day pole broke and power was still running

I even got a special license to use very powerful wireless network and antenna to help keep console network work running. It crazy what people will do and how mad they get because they can not use it for free.

But the technology has increase in electronic so they can still use the same + or - resisters with out increasing customers cost. I find the newest technology working much better with firmware and software and electronics updates. I'm hopeful for new wireless controller for xbox series x soon. Playstation tested on ps5 passed testing.

There is the naga pro but not trinity.
I've been having a weird problem with my mouse where clicks (right, left, side panel, middle mouse, basically all buttons) have around a 0,5 second delay before executing the action.
I have to keep left click held down for like 0,5 sec to get a left click, same for any other mouse button.
I tried reinstalling synapse, uninstalling the mouse in device manager and it seems like it is only fixed if i don't have synapse at all, but then i don't have access to macros.

fixed it, it came down to which usb port it was plugged in, my mouse light were flickering and sometimes switching off, i plugged it to one of the plugs on the front of the computer and the lights are constant and my initial problem is gone, it seemed to be something with the power supply on some usb ports i guess

There’s still a market for membrane keyboards. Imo not everybody is a fan of mechanical switches. Razer is one of the companies filling in the premium membranes

Do note that there are Mechanical keyboards that is within CYNOSA’s price range. That shows you that mechanical and membrane switch nowadays are more of preference

Hey lads. Just wondering if any of you might know how the purple keyswitches on the Huntsman V1 compares to clicky optical purple switches on the V2? I ask 'cause the DeathAdder V1 was mechanically quite distinct from the V2 for instance, so I don't think it is a given that the new is as decent as the old?

The switches themselves have damper upgrades but also the board itself comes with foam padding. The V2 sounds significantly better (At least as far as the reds go)

I haven't tried V2 purple, only red. But the difference between V1 and V2 red was enormous

I have a problem connecting the Kunai fan.
I have a Z390 AORUS MASTER motherboard which, according to the description, has RGB connectors.
According to what I saw in the video on YT, I connect one cable to the power supply - then the fan starts to work
The second cable is connected to the rgb connector on the motherboard, but it is not appropriate for any effects. The fan is working but not lit. Synapse does not see it either.
There are third cable that I don't even know where to connect. It seems to have been omitted in the video.

You don't need the third plug. The fans will be showing up in RGBFusion now because you are using an Aorus motherboard. You need the synapse argb controller to bring the kunai fans into synapse 3.

Every time i plug my mouse (Razer deathadder V2) in my BIOS shits the bed with the error message “USB device over current status detected”. When i plug the mouse in after the PC boots up the mouse just doesn’t work. I recently moved so i have no idea where any of my other mice are so i cant even use my computer without this mouse. What's odd is i just had this problem myself. My Razer keyboard and mouse are dead along with my EVGA capture card. The other peripherals are fine but i have one USB port that cannot have anything plugged in. If i plug something into it the computer shuts down

My brother's Razer Blackshark I bought him for last Christmas was having issues in his front USB ports. It had something to do with them not being 3.0 I think and they weren't giving the headset enough power.
His build is much older then mine being from 2014. I built mine in 2020 and haven't had any issues with my many Razer products.

Did you get this fixed I had to adjust my bios for Intel nuc as well for stuff. Thunderbolt connect was also off. You can adjust voltage in bios your self or check to see if setup right. You can unplug something from usb or you should check to see if your running newest updated firmware
