It’s unfortunate, at least since the way opto-mechanical switches work leaves very little points of failure, my elite will easily last me a good 10 more years, so hopefully by the time it dies razer will have released something closer to an elite successor

The headset are great all razer headset should work with headset amps as well
Main features that I think makes razers headset better after blowing up most other brands headset. I have a big collection of broken headset razer are not as loud with out amp but that's OK.

Wireless head phones are great the technology increase in leaps and bounds. You can even charge wireless headset now with out plugging them into headset stands.

We can transfer digital audio upto 32 bits audio but most only need 8 bits 16 bits or 24 bits. For 99 % of people don't hear better then 16 bits anyway

Laptops are locked at 16 bits with out audio cards.

What im curious about is, how come razer doesn’t move the huntsman over to usb c, which would solve most of the issues they’re having, removing rgb zones, or underglow altogether in exchange for higher polling rates, and being able to use only one usb port to power the keyboard, when, usb c would be able to support all of it with just one port

Razer two models of optical mouse switches, the gen 1 and gen 2. They claim the gen 2 is more tactile than the gen 1. Can anyone one here that owns mice with both attest to this? My basilisk ultimate (gen 1) feels a lot more tactile then my deathadder v2 pro (gen 2), at least the way I see it.

The analog is not a bad keyboard by any means but, it does have a few downsides, i don’t know exactly how it works but, since windows, or, really, any operating system isn’t built to recognize how far a key is pressed down on a keyboard, the keyboard emulates a controller, so if you like to use a controller with your pc, there will be some headache with the pc prioritizing the v2 analog over the actual controller, other than that though, any other complaints i see are all subjective, like not liking how the keys feel since it only comes in linear, or other little things like that

If the controller thing doesn’t bother you, then you shouldn’t have much to worry about

I looked heavily into the analog and the elite, i was so tempted to go analog but I ultimately chose the elite because while linear doesn’t bother me, i do still prefer clicky, and the extra rgb was a nice bonus

You can just not read inputs or turn feature off. Just use old commands to read on off switch that can also be adjusted now cause problems in game movements side to side adjustments. Gaming should soon all be upgrade on major networks.

bose are great speakers razer speakers are not bad but they work great for price range i like some sound bars but most of the ones i like are over $800 finding cheap sound bar i almost get 5.1 speaker setup or a 2.1 you can upgrade with book shelf speakers

No the entire side panel, it's a very small issue, not cream but I could feel the panel flex and it would makes popping sensation and sound

hey everyone - I have a Razer Tartarus V2 and I love using it. But every once in a while, my controller seems to get possessed with unstoppable stick drift. My character will just keep walk sideways until I spam jump/duck enough that it stops. Anyone ever experience this or have suggestions on how I can prevent this from happening?

I can only recommend not plugging to many items into usb when using it and keep software updated. I have 4 razer controller all worked great when software was working properly.

I don't even see firmware updates for controller on support page. My controller working so far. I don't see information but there was one update that allows it to work on pc in future pc software upgrades. Now I guess xbox only option to updated controller

@eternal crystal keyboard commands for software I have to look that information up myself never programs since I was a kid and got bust for make ai technology. But you should be able to request all keyboard commands I'm guessing if you contact team members Managing software code. @steady spire my old one was a first generation and the battery just crapped out. It also stopped giving me any kind of notifications even after many troubleshooting steps.

@dense bane it was technically free with it being my Christmas present lol. But it was only $200 when I got it on sale. I'm very happy with it. I do cosplay and take my own pictures a lot. If has an app on the watch for me to use my watch as a remote. It's really cool

the best sound i seen recorded in thx studio was from 32 bit capture chips they recorded sound quality better then people can hear. have no idea what they use tech for beside testing part quality. but they build better testing equipment and still could not find errors in the data. great to see stuff work.

Well that's getting good headset for cheap. Almost as bad as computer industry I paid $5000 for the first 2 core cpu from Intel. Now they can sell a 14 core cpu for same price just crazy. I wonder if they get rent paid on time.

its not designed for 360hz screen's its designed for 50hz monitors tv's and lighting because they operate on a 50hz frequency for the electrical grid. I don't know many people that are going to use a razer webcam to attempt to capture a 360hz screen.

who use 50 hz we only use 60 hz for hydro and it was tested using 360 hz with razer laptop it should capture really fast. should work unless not using canada timing patients

anyways the 50hz / 60hz isn't much as an issue today as it used to be when first analog kinescope TVs used the mains frequency for picture synchronization, because it was stable and maintained within a strictly limited range.

With people using most LED lighting and so forth really setting it to 50 / 60 hz isn't a factor it may come as a factor using 60hz camera with 50 hz incandescent bulbs you would get a strobing effect.

Double-check before you buy though, check the size, shape and even product number (Batteries also start with an RZ- code iirc) to make sure it's correct

There are also nice keyboards under 500 TL here. Mechanical ones. Rampage, Gamepower etc. good on brands. But Razer's quality is better.. I'm undecided.

some people say that razer has terrible quality and I honestly haven't had such issues as they describe, I'm not really a fan of membrane keyboards so if it were just me deciding, I would go for a reliable mechanical keyboard to tide me over until I can afford a higher end razer keyboard
