i just picked up the kraken v3 hyper and while theres certainly situations where the haptic feedback needs manual fine tuning, i wouldnt want to miss it anymore.
and it was pretty much the dumbest thinge ive heard in years. just picked it up along with a load of others to try out

depends on what you need it for.
They're good but high-end ones will always have performance limitations due to the amount of data thunderbolt can carry.
e.g Nvidia 3090 eGPU's are some 15-20% slower due to it using thunderbolt to work. (Basically it's a 3080 at that point)
If you're doing it for a low end card though, I wouldn't call it worth it but it'll definitely work better if that's absolutely your only option
