but even then, I don't think SPDIF (digital optical) sends the data about the device
So the PC wouldn't be able to see over the SPDIF connection that it was for example a Kraken X... plus the 3.5mm device itself would need to use digital optical, otherwise it's still an analogue connection, plugged into a digital port

heya, just bought the Razer Blackshark V2 pro. The headset actuallyu works perfectly fine but my issue is with the software, specifically Razer Synapse. After 4 days of use Synapse decided to suddenly fail on me and won't open anymore at all. When I try to get it to open or run as admin, nothing happens. I even reinstalled it and nothing again. Is there a fix for this? As they've made it the only way to check my headset battery and it's pretty annoying

I tested it on notebook, and it worked just fine there. I have no idea what the issue is. And I won't go to another store for spare parts. I just have a warrant from a retailer so I'll just use that
The reason I'm annoyed I know how they do this sorta stuff, they'll have it in their storage for a month pretend they're fixing it or whatever and just ship me a new one

are you replying to messages from a million years ago? i know that's monitor refreshrate, they recommend high polling rate to be used with 144hz or above as 60hz probably wont see much benefit. and what do you mean 2khz doesnt scatter and beyond it does? if you look at mouse movement it'll stutter even a tiny bit at 8khz where there are larger gaps than there should be in the cursor movement

and all things considered it's more nimble than gen 1
so u can compare the gen 1 and gen 2 and probs u would prefer gen 2 cus of your size

The Basilisk Ultimate is much heavier than the Viper, the Basilisk Ultimate weighs about 104 grams or so while the Viper Ultimate weighs 74, btw I managed to cop a Viper Ultimate from Best Buy at about half price since they matched the Prime Day sales + I had an account which got me an additional discount
So yeah get the viper, its generally better

How do people use gaming laptops? I just got my Razer blade 15 RTX 3060 yesterday and I played some Vanilla Minecraft and League of legends. It get Sooooooo hot. The palm rest gets uncomfortable to the point where I have to hover my hands over the keyboard. I only played for around an hour too!!!

I realized what the issue was
There is a program for runescape that is called alt1
and I forgot I rebinded the num5 for a certain action and since ALT1 is running constantly windows thought I was trying to do something with it
so it works perfectly fine and I do not have to send it back!
