Something i just figured out with the Blackshark V2 Pros. If you have vocal clarity turned on . Then it will cancel bass. Make them sound more flat

Audio recording you mean? THX just doesn't return loopback audio (returns silence). This is not an issue with just shadowplay. Temporarily switching to "Game" audio output (or equivalent) should let you record with audio

I have an issue with my keyboard and I'm hoping someone know what to do

I have the Razer Blackwidow Tenkeyless (with green switches) and for some reason sometimes when i press the keys it double clicks, so even if I just press the key once, it thinks I press it twice, meaning that I have a lot of typos, making typing really difficult. I tried removing the keys and dusting the switches, which helped temporarily, but it just got bad again.

I tried reinstalling synapse, but now my keyboard won't even connect to it (it says it doesn't detect the device) so I can't use Razer Chroma or anything like that.

I can't find the box it came in or the manual, so I doubt I could use the warranty

I think so yes, that looks very unfortunate. :c If you bought it from a store, I'm sure they'd take it back.

To organise a return / swap, you should talk to Razer online via the Instant Message and get yourself a Reference Number. Then take it back to where you bought them. Razer said if the store for any reason refuses to help you, tell them, and they'll sort you out.

I'm sure what they'd then do is give you a sticker to send it to Razer for free, maybe, then they'd send you back a replacement. Unsure if they need to receive the product first, the guys I've spoken to are super awesome.. pretty sure if you provide pictures for evidence they'd work something out no problem. ;d

Honestly just cant stand when people will choose looks over function. In my eyes screw rgb, and looks. Do they allow ya to hear and talk to friends? Yeah then get em. I think the blacksharks and the siren mini are steps in the right direction. However I feel like razer for the price of the audio they sell could vastly improve sound and build quality. But as we’ve seen across there line over the last few years they are slowly doing the improvements and learning from mistakes

Ok so little update on my headset situation. They told me to cut the cable or send it back, it said cutting the cable and taking a picture was the quickest method for a new headset to be shipped out, since i need it urgently. Cut the cable and sent the picture, then they replied saying to contact the retailers, yet i've done this before and the retailers told me to speak to razer.

the cable worked fine with my macbook, i don't have another for testing. monitor worked fine too, i think it may be cos the monitor and laptop have different refresh rates, but ill update drivers now

issue is, after using my razer laptop with the monitor, it began bugging out, it then continued to flicker and retain images on the no signal and on other inputs, and then began to settle down after i used my pc on it for a little while

once i plugged the laptop back in, it got worse and worse

unless the cable im using has a weird shorted pin on it, which im fairly certain it doesnt as it works just fine with my macbook, the only factor here is the razer laptop
