If the mat is wrinkled somebody sewed the optical cable on the outside of the Matt on it wrong and needs to be unstitched and put back on sewing machine or by hand.

If you have hardware problems with new hardware update firmware and software. They should be releasing the stuff all over. I guessing Feb 16 will be back to work day. All Razer employees should be enjoying the day with their family or enjoying Valentine's day.

I smashed my Razer huntsman elite after double typing or not picking up my clicks. I went back to corsair for keyboards and it was a good smart choice. While i love my Viper mouse and its awesome battery life and its awesome 5g sensor. I was reading once based off reviews when I bought it that they don't last very long and that is what worrys me

im having an issue with my razi nari's (the middle tier, not the classic nor the ultimate)

when I move the audio wheel up and down or change the volume physically, the left earcup's sound starts crackling

at some positions, the audio will become a lot lower in comparison with the left

so sometimes i lost like 50% of audio in the left ear and i have to fine-tune the volume wheel to get it back to a normal sound

there's no visible damage to the headphones, and it's in good condition, so i'm fairly confused why it's doing this

i face other issues with it too

like the nari randomly beeps out of nowhere, usually when my computer is facing a lag spike with like high cpu/ram/disk usage, it quickly stops though

and the nari also randomly plays the disconnects and reconnects, but it seems like it only disconnects from synapse (the EQ changes to default and the lighting turns to green, and then after a few seconds everything reconnects), I don't lose audio throughout the whole situation

And this thing where connecting the USB dongle changes your Sound Profile is really making it difficult to record sound with Shadowplay.

If I want to record sound with Shadowplay, I have to keep going here

And change it, each and every time I switch between the USB and just using my PC's speakers, which is kind of unacceptable. :f

then the DPI issue I have only faced twice, once on my main user and once on my other user (I use 2 accounts on my laptop)

the DPI button not working was basically the DPI button wasn't working when I used it to toggle between the settings I use

I wanna know if there is any fix to this because I already have the latest drivers and I would want to prolly get it replaced if the mouse will continue to act up
