Devs didn't react to the issue description. But in a meantime I found workaround: uninstall everything except of Synapse and Chroma, the you have only one, decent systray icon. I know that one of other apps also took care about relieving RAM on a game start, but I actually written a very good script for the same, and it works permanently per system session. I run it every time after system started, so this is covered. It's a pity there is no actual interest on developers side in an actual support for Razer devices users. But this is what it is. If you're talking about on initial startup, check whether it's enabled in the general settings in Synapse

And also look in the startup tab of your task manager

Yeah I always shut down my Razer software b/c it messes with my systems. Also, for the headset is it wifi/bluetooth?! Try changing the way it connects. That worked for me. My wired headsets have no issues though. But then wired is always better for the strength of connection.

Look for your exact model, download the file and execute it. Then follow the steps, if you can't find the model, there's no firmware updates for it. But I'm pretty sure that Huntsman Mini has.

In the morning, when I connected my laptop to the adapter, it started charging but after about 5 minutes it stopped. Then it would charge again for around 2 minutes, and stop charging once more. At that time, the adapter light was glowing, and if I switched it off and on, the light would come back. But now the adapter light doesn’t glow at all.

my naga trinity mouse is pretty old now and sometimes when i press down on the middle mouse button, it will middle click two times in quick succession. This is pretty annoying because i use middle click often to open links in new tabs. Hmm, it says that it requires Razer Synapse because THX Spatial Audio is running with it, so if you completely close Razer Synapse, your EQ adjustments will be disabled. If you only close the tab and Synapse stills running, your EQ will stay active.

Hey everyone. I bought a Razer Barracuda X headset (the model w/o bleutooth) almost 3 years ago. The first 2 years everything worked without a problem but the last couple months it started acting up. At first the charge indicator wasn't doing its thing - It's supposed to go solid green when the headset is fully charged but it never was, it was still blinking no matter how long i kept it plugged in. Then the battery life stated getting gradually worse week by week. On one charge it used to work for 20+ hours and fast forward to now - it barely holds 5 hours. Hi all been using Razer hardware for over 15 years now.

I originally used the Razer Nostrom then the Tartarus ... and for the last 8 years i have been using the Tartarus V2.

All this time i have bound the Scroll wheel on the Keypad to 1 and 2 for games with action bars or weapon slots.

I got the update for Synapse 4 ... now the scroll wheel no longer works in games using keyboard keybindings... works fine anywhere else so for E.g .. i can do it here scroll up = 11111 scroll down = 22222 ... the keys register but they don't in games.

This has kinda thrown me out as im so used to playing this way.

Has anyone got any idea how to fix this please ?

Hi all. I just bought a Razer Seiren V3 Chroma and I've updated it to the latest firmware. I'm trying to figure out 2 things and wondering if anyone can help me.

1. When I mute the microphone (with a single tap on the mute button), it changes the colour to red. I would like to adjust the brightness for this. I've tried using Razer Chroma to adjust the brightness, but that only adjusts for the RGB effect. It doesn't seem to change the brightness of the mute at all.

2. By double-tapping the mute button, I can cycle through the different built-in RGB effects. One of these effects has a hidden feature: when I speak into the microphone, the RGB lighting dynamically changes brightness to indicate that it’s picking up my voice. I like this a lot, but I want to tweak it. The problem is, I can't find out how to tweak this in Razer Chroma at all. What's weird is that if I run any of the Razer apps (Chroma, Synapse) in the background, then this effect can't be found and therefore can't be applied. This effect can only be applied when you terminate all Razer software, then double tap the mute button to cycle through the built-in effects.

In other words, when the microphone picks up voice, it will adjust the RGB effect accordingly. It's basically an indicator that tells you your voice is being picked up. So imagine that the microphone is just one colour (green) at low brightness. When you speak to it, the brightness goes from low to very bright and it changes dynamically depending on how loud you're talking and how far away you are to the microphone. But instead of green, it's RGB colour. I want to adjust the effect and brightness of this behaviour, but it doesn't seem to be possible with Razer Chroma

I've tried to create my own Chroma profile, but I don't see any brightness/effect setting that is related to microphone input or voice speaking indicator.

Both Synapse and Chroma are v4.

I would appreciate if anyone can help me with either of these questions, thanks.

About the first thing, I'm not sure. It could be a RGB light that it's integrated in the Seiren's onboard-memory. Maybe on Chroma RGB you can make your own Chroma profile and use it on your Seiren. I'd try asking on the Razer's Reddit.

About the last part, I'd say that it's an error with Razer Synapse 4, try to do a clean re-installation and check if the issue persists.
