This is my 2nd Bask v3 mouse, I have an issue to when my mouse hits the mousepad it will input triggers. My first bask v3 had a issue where when I lifted off the mouse pad it would stop communicating and the led would go red. Is thr bask v3 just unreliable? Is there a fix to my newer one?

Came here to post a bug. Found more bugs along the way. The face of Razer could use some UX turdpolish

1. no way to report bugs in razerid. add to apps/services please
2. discord messages in the help channel set to 30 minute timeout but doesn't get reset on timeout, so if you hit the post button without a tag, you have to wait 30 minutes between error messages!
3. (the bug I came to report) typing your birthdate in using the keyboard causes obnoxious "you must be over 16" messages, one every two characters - and you can't type a 4 character date!
4. Why do I need to type a password and my first and last name when signing up with Google? This integration is broken.
5. Why did I have to register my product, then enter the serial number to get to raise a ticket screen? Ask Claude Code to fix that, should be a 10 minute job.
6. Same with uploading my proof of purchase, uploading it to the chat when I already have it in my account.

Pretty bad user experience tbh, hope someone from Razer's web and Discord teams can have look at these

Hi, new user of razer products here, I just recently bought my first orbweaver after wanting one for years only to discover that the software to support it is going to be made obsolete in a few months??? What the hell, is razer planning on creating tonnes of e waste and rendering thousands of units unusable for the stupid sake of making people buy their newer stuff??

I also have an issue where my orbweaver is straight up forgetting the keybinds I set to it with synapse 2, like, it will work perfectly then the next day it will stop communicating with synapse, can I please get some form or support on this?

With the orbweaver, the synapse profiles are still there and bound, but the orbweaver is inputing its default keypresses

weirdly its using the colour profile i set to it (static pink) but I can't change that either

I haven't used Synapse 2 in a while, I think that Synapse has the feature to switch the profile on specific apps, for example if you open Fortnite and you config a specific profile to be used with that game, it will automatically switch to that profile. Can you check if this is the case and if it automatically switches to a default profile when you turn your PC on again? I think that you can check this on Profiles tab.

Nope, it doesn't have that setting enabled, as far as I can tell it doesn't have that functionality at all

when I swap between the selected profiles on synapse however, the correspinding lights don't light up on the orbweaver

Just as a tip, don't import/export your profiles if you have just some, like 2-3 profiles. Instead screenshot them and recreate them from 0 so no wrong config will cause troubles. If you have a lot of profiles make sure to export/import them.

Can any Hardcore Razer fan (or rep) help me understand something about the Freyja Haptic pad. I've owned the PS5 Kaira Pro (haptic headset) since launch and LOVE IT! I recommend it any chance I get. Works perfect with the PS5 approach to audio and haptics. So now that brings me back to the Freyja. I understand it officially only supports PC/dongle and Android/Bluetooth. The dongle with the PS5 Kaira Pro works great, so it shouldn't be a hardware issue why they choose to not support the PS5/Consoles. If the device supported 3.5mm line in, everything would be aalll good.. but it doesn't. So what is the hang up? What incentive does Razer have by not having their Freyja dongle support the PS5? Their other product (Kaira Pro) does. So they have a working relationship with Sony. What can possibly be the hang up? The incentive to not expand support? How much are they REALLY saving ($$$)? In comparison to losing out on potential sales? It hurts my head trying to understand it, because I believe in the tech.. and I've very much have loved my experience with the other Razer Haptic product for my PS5. (And yes I know about GT7 + Simhub) I don't need official support for each PS5 game... just audio to haptic support like on Android.

That is what I've heard for years, but that hasn't been the case with their PS5 Headset for myself... at least the Kaira Pro. It looks great and it performs. It also fits under the PSVR2. As for my single question,
I use a DVORAK keyboard rather than a QWERTY one. Because of this, when I try to map one of my mouse's buttons to CTRL C, it outputs CTRL J instead, even though the Synapse program says it's mapped to CTRL C. I found out that I could use CTRL I to make it do what I want.
But is there a better way to do this; where Synapse can say that my button is mapped to CTRL C while outputting CTRL C?
And if there isn't, where would I go to suggest this as a feature?

Need some help with synapse 3 & 4. I tried to upgrade to 4 from 3 but an error occurred. When this happened, all my profiles and data were deleted for some reason. Next I went to the website and downloaded synapse 4. It opened and worked but I had no way to transfer my profiles and color settings since they were deleted. I tried to reinstall synapse 4, didn't work. I installed synapse 3 again but it won't open now. It shows in the task manager that it's running but won't open. Tried to delete everything in task manager that's related to synapse and opened S3 and didn't work. I restored my PC to a previous restore point from before I had this problem. Still no luck, someone please help. I tried everything and synapse does not work for me at all
