Well, my problem is that the audio is too low and literally cant hear anything whilst on the game, even will all these fancy things you guys did you "enhance" my gaming experience, but it is still all the symptoms above. Hi everyone and sorry for the inconvenience, my microphone only works in razer synapse, when I do "listen to this device", and that's when I hear myself very well, however when I'm on discord I hear myself very very weakly or not at all, and it does that everywhere else. This is not a problem related to other applications but rather to razer synapse and my headset. Thank you for your help!

Update: It's a wired mouse, I think it's broken already, after re-plugging it to my PC, it sometimes works fine for few seconds then it will start teleporting to top left corner again, it lasted for 2 years and 8 months. I'm replacing it with Razer Basilisk V3 Wireless, I hope I won't encounter the same issue in the future.

I bought the blackshark v2 headset 2 day ago and it seem that my spotify is bugged. for some uknown reason my spotify keep playing even when muted and whats more, I can't change the volume of the songs from the app itself and instead I have to lower by the headphone themselves which make me lower the overall volume of my games, apps, youtube and so on.

Been awhile since I tried Synapse. Installed Synapse 4. All gucci. Except after every boot Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 spams a ton of "Battery low" notification even though it's full. If you open Synapse, it seems like the headset is constantly connecting and disconnecting. Very annoying. Uninstall Synapse 4.

Maybe Synapse 3 Works better then. Install that. Microphone of the headset just simply does not work in ANY application anymore. Try to troubleshoot that for a while, with no luck. Unusable. Uninstall Synapse 3.

Without any Synapse installed everything at least seems to function. Loose the possibility to customize just about anything. Sad it has to be like this.

And the low battery notification "bug" has been reported like mid 2024 for the first times online. Multiple reports here and online you can find about it. Still not fixed is absolutely crazy.

Hello. I just updated Synaps 4 and now I have the problem that in AimLab the crosshair moves by itself, apparently because now with the update my keyboard is recognized as if it were a controller. Yeah I've never used the (Standard) barracuda, only the X and Pro, upgraded recently to the Pro.
My X still has no cracks and been using it for two years or so, reason to upgrade is because I wanted ANC and no physical mic to make calls or enter Discord voice chats on the go without looking awkward.
If you still want a new pair of wireless headphones I'll recommend the Barracuda Pro, but I've only used it a few days and I bought them used so take this with a grain of salt. There's a lot of options for wireless razer headphones so it's really up to you if you want to keep with the Barracuda line.

Normal is where you ship it back and they check it out THEN ship the replacement, advanced is where they have you pay the MSRP for the mouse and then they basically immediately ship the new one.

Anyone experience their keyboard disconnecting when synapse switches profile whether manually or when you launch the assigned game? Happening to my blackwidow v4 pro almost consistently.
You launch game, keyboard lights go out for brief sec, you hear the usb disconnect dingdong sound, then the keyboard lights up and you get control back. If you alt tab and out then back in, the profile will switch to your default, then to your assigned game and it'll sometime disconnect from that also.
