It’s not that, it’s hardware. The sticks are both crooked and have variance in resistive force required for travel. Then the triggers have different mechanical feedback sound and feel.

Yeah I think there is a flaw with the packaging too because the netting in the case applies pressure on the sticks offsetting them. The foam rings don’t protect them from that force. Basically the case is too shallow for the height of the sticks.

After back and forth for a month with razer support, due to having two of them it confused them, they sent me this mouse with the dock pro. Got it today. This mouse is amazing. Yea, support redeemed themselves a little with this. After a month i was ready to pull my hair and theirs out. Only thing that bugs me about this is when it's paired to the dock pro the lighting doesn't work. in 2.4 or wired it does. That's more something i guess to get used to, as i'm used to lights being off means it's sleeping.

I am a programmer and occasional gamer so I am looking for a keyboard with a good balance for those, maybe more towards programming.

I was looking at the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro which currently is at $150 which seems like a good price compared to its original pricetag,

There were other options like the Razer Huntsman V2 Optic for $135 and the V3 may be out of the budget for around $235.

Would you guys recommend the blackwidow, are there any other options. Specially for the price, I think it might be a good choice. Don't know if having an optic one is better though. Thanks 🙂

Any info on Naga development? Razer seem to have discontinued the Naga X which was imo their best in the series because it was simple and at least slightly less of a brick at 85g and I don't really want to buy the hyperspeed and would never buy the Pro again since I hate the detachable side

Yes you can contact support and they will send you spares. I must have hit the lottery because I got v4 pro at launch with the orange switches and so far knock on wood its been amazing. I love to type on this thing. I do wish the spacebar didnt sound as rattly but I am going to fix that one of these days. From my recolection the orange switches had the issue and they narrowed it down to a certain batch. I saw this one person soaked the affected switch in alcohol then let it dry for two days and it was fine after that.

If you are worried about it just buy it from BestBuy and slap a warranty on it. Anything goes wrong in two years they replace it or give you store credit for the exact amount.

The most common reason for double typing is switch failure. But only the v4/v4 pro 75% boards are even fixable in that regard

Does this happen to anyone else: Synapse 4 doesnt fully open upon launch. The razer sign will flash and then go to the system tray. Then you have to go to the system tray icon to open it. THEN it ALWAYS go through the starting -> downloading -> updating every single time. It even does this when you click the X to close and goes to system tray and when you have to select the device you want it repeats the starting/downloading/updating.

I swear at one point it didnt behave this way up until recently for me.

Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times no dice. So it leads me to believe it was an update that did this.

Eh, id say itd be fine. It probably has a sensor to stop receiving charge once it reaches 100. They have a whole dock for it where youre meant to leave it there
