Any feedback by people with the Kraken v4? Tempting to replace my Corsair headphones as they’ve left me unpleased since day one. Before those I had a set of Kraken v1 that lasted a few years and then just snapped on the junction point between headband and ear cup. Last week I started have some problems with the E key (either doesn’t type, double types) and I was wondering if anyone had some tips to troubleshoot it! I’ve cleaned the keyboard to try to fix the issue. It made it work a little bit more consistently, but still far from being acceptable.

I’d love to know if anyone has any suggestions at all on how to fix this.

hey guys, I'm curious with any of you who have the razer viper v3 pro and the razer viper ultimate. I upgraded to the v3 pro, and I like that it's lighter, but I notice that if I lift the v3 pro even slightly up off my razer gigantus mat, it can't track my movements, where as the older razer viper I can lift it quite a bit off the mat and it can still track my "air" movements you could say.

Does anyone have an idea how, idk, I could maybe amplfy the lazer strength or something to make it comparable to the the razer viper ultimate? Or if you have any other suggestions I might try except trying to consciously keep the mouse on the mat at all times. Thanks!

Mightve missed the option when you redid the install. Go to settings>apps> synapse>modify and under synapse there’s a drop down for modules

I’ve had the mouse for almost a year now, and I have been experiencing this problem where whenever I lift the mouse of the pad it immediately disconnects.

I have tried to use the support in the discord (Saiso) and didn’t manage to solve it, What I did notice is that this issue only appears to be on my pc, I have checked if it could be related to power management settings in the usb root hub but it doesn’t seem to be the problem.

I have the latest firmware and the latest synapse version, I do not use a usb hub (connected to the usb 3.0 in my motherboard).

I saw some fixes related to the usb hub shutting down the connected devices to save power, not really related to my problem thought as the mouse is connected to my motherboard via usb 3.0.

Tried using the mouse while the software was closed and still the problem appears as well

Delete the mouse through device manager and click the delete the driver software for the device, then delete everything razer and then run ccleaner. Then make sure in programs actual folder it's all gone then check appdata folder, gotta unhide folders and check and make sure everything razer related is gone from there to make sure ccleaner did it's job

USB powered speakers? See if one of the other USB ports on your PC stays power-on state when the PC is shut down. Like one that might have a charging symbol next to it or buy some speakers that plug into the wall for power might be easier and a good excuse for an upgrade.

it charges normally on a socket, weird thing is, if i drop it from like 5cm height, it starts charging on pc as well

yeah it goes from nearly fully charged to 0% in about 5mins

it usually starts charging for a few seconds, the symbol vanishes and it decides to suck the lifeforce out of it instead

You can buy a Wireless keyboard and mouse, but you will need to manually switch the dongle (Example: You connect both dongles into the laptop and then you will need to switch them to the PC) or you can use the Bluetooth mode and again, you will need to manually switch the Bluetooth (Example: You connect both devices to the Laptop, then switch to PC)

I don't think that you can use a dongle and Bluetooth at the same time.

I would want to be paired not use on same time. So im paired with dongle on pc and paired with laptop VIA bluetooth. When i work with laptop both would be set to use bluetooth when i went to work with pc i would vhange mode to dongle do you think its possibile?

i just bought the razer tartarus pro and want to set the "20" keybind to be used for razer hypershift, but while it lets me do this on synapse 3, it doesn't actually work as a hypershift keybind and instead uses the last keybind i had it saved to (for example if i set the "20" keybind to b, and then changed it to hypershift, it shows as hypershift in synapse 3 but still only functions as b)

other buttons can be set to hypershift just fine, is there any way to get the "20" keybind to work as intended?

Anyone here using the new razer synapse with the razer nari? Ever since I updated, whenever synapse launches, it sets the default audio device on windows to "razer nari - chat" instead of the "game" one, meaning that I have to go and change it every single time since razer nari chat is lower quality mono audio meant for discord etc
