restart your laptop and unplug everything first

then when you see the synapse starting thing pop up wait about 10 seconds AFTER it closes

then plug everything in

I'm not sure hopefully I check razer insider website lots talking on that site as well. But have seen lots of different users complaining. That a fee changes have happened.

Razer Seiren V2 Pro there is no difference in sound quality compared to the Razer Seiren pro 2015, I of course understand that this is USB, but maybe somehow better sound can be revealed, all the checkboxes except the gain limit in the synapse are turned off, maybe they will fix it in the synapse4 ?
I installed a clean system and did a special sound test, which I was not happy with, it is literally identical to the sound of the 2015 micro.

As an aside, I downloaded the Razer driver cleaning application but the problem persists, as I told you in the applications it seems that it does not detect 7.1 or on the contrary it does not work for this to be solved I must activate and deactivate the sound or it makes a small noise bug where the application produces a small lag of 2 seconds in which the sound works fine, but when closing said application and reopening it the problem is still there. This didn't happen before formatting my PC, it becomes very strange. I have 7.1 software, I do not have the synapse application, my headphones are Kraken X Lite

There should be two USB's, one that has a wire, and the other that should be wireless. Plug both into a USB port. The one that's wireless connects the headphones to your pc, and the one with a wire charges the headphones. See if that works.

You'll probably want to move bandwidth heavy devices to a different USB Controller

so either the front usb ports or vise versa

i use a razer viper v3 hyperspeed and razer dropped a firmware update around nov 6th that added 8k polling rate to some mice. i updated the firmware and my os to the most recent ver but the 8k option still won't show i tried to reinstall the mouse driver but had no luck with getting it to show i couldn't find a video on the topic either

finished the firmware upate in both dongle and mouse.
when I take 4k and 8k polling rate, I only can measure to around 3k poling rate in real time.

I need some help. I recently acquired a whole Razer setup fresh and updated to the latest firmware. While the whole devices are successfully detected by synapse, my charging dock is unable to charge my naga epic v2 pro for some reasons

As you can see the battery isn’t moving nor even showing a single sign of charge
Wired charge works however and the dock is detected & updated to Synapse.

The mice is sticking to the charging dock but fail to function properly

Prior to acquiring the charging dock I made sure it was able to charge the v2 pro version of the nagas
