I just got a Deathadder V2 Pro and the Bluetooth and 2.4 Bluetooth both do not work at all... I tried the dongole in my computer and in the Hyperspeed Dongole plugged into the provided cable and also ran the Hyperspeed Utility to Pair them, and It still does not connect. Once I unplug the Mouse, on 2.4 or BT mode, it has no response. I also tried manually pairing and it does not even blink white. It has 100% Charge as well.

I think it's better than the stagger (original) keyboard as far as gaming goes.

In fact, using the arrow keys is easier on your hands than using WASD.
There are some people who do not feel very uncomfortable typing there, and actually feel more comfortable with it.

Yesterday my computer did some kind of update. My Razer Kraken V3 headset was working great up until that moment. Now I have no sound. The volume slider still shows up working on the screen but the option to pick the headphones has dissapeared from the drop down menu. I tried downloading a feature to give it 7.1 surround sound (which I'm pretty sure I already had) and it added it to the drop down. Unfortunately, when I try to use it it asks for a code. Please help!

Hyperspeed cannot switch side plates, but has two extra buttons next to the left mouse button, the v2 pro has better left and right click switches, while the hyperspeed has mechanical ones, which tend to have double click issues after a while. Also the v2 Pro uses a charger or can be charged via cable while the Hyperspeed uses an AA battery

did something change with synapse recently? I have been playing VR but I went to play some flatscreen games and my Razer Tartarus Pro is behaving strange. I have my buttons spam while held but if I move with my thumbstick it stops the button spam that I am holding down until I press it again.

Hello everyone I was wondering if i can get some help I have the DAV3 with the hyperpolling dongle so i unplug the dongle to charge my mouse I notice that synaspe had a update so i updated no big deal a couple of hours go by I go to try and use the dongle and it wasnt connecting it would show up in the app but wasnt connecting to the mouse I tried uninstalling synaspe and reinstall it still wasnt connecting so i see this message ( For Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle users, ensure you are on Synapse 3 version 3.8.1031.110202 or later before attempting this update, and update the firmware of your Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle first before updating your mouse.) and im assuming i did this in the wrong order is why its not working so i need a way to reverse this somehow
