I've checked everything, apparently only the dongle is having problems connecting to synapse. I switched to the cable and the headset is working again, but needs to be pluged in with the P2P cable.
I saw many people on forum mentioning the same type of problem with dongle disconnected ramdonly and weren't able to connect again. Just like its happening to me

It does not reconnect if you unplug it plug it back in. Did you post to razer insider support with firmware your using and software version

I even try running sfc and dism commands in windows console

I've sent emails but no reply, i tried unpluging and pluging back in, resinstalling synapse, updating everything... the usb ports are fine, i've checked other equipaments and everything is working normally, the dongle is the only thing not working.

Yes, razer's suppliers for their laptop batteries and/or the power system charging the battery
is responsible for the explosion. Either way, razer is responsible :D

Unfortunately, this is a common problem with razer laptops with evidently, plenty of evidence of
it happening to many razer laptops

with seemingly no future to fix it

Now, I do believe that razer should really stop selling their laptop and perhaps, they
are not a great brand though.

Outside their mice and keyboards, their stuff simply isn't up to par.

you can compare their mics to an AT2035, you can compare their mousepads to basically anything on the market,
you can compare their headphones to even a 20 dollar iem + their monitor is well, not amazing.

That's a very old problem

Normally would scan wifi to see if they are both on same channel but now lots of equipment has auto channel switching.

I had problems before with ham radio across the street. Someone was breaking into house to use tower. They were just being a pain broadcasting at power levels so high they took out all radio in area.

Ever user in area was detecting very high signal levels. They didn't jump between towers or connect it www network. Trying to talk to someone in Mexico the wrong way. They were sent to school.

Very shocked at what new technology could do.

Well it's picking up a signal from some place or the headset parts are defective. Bad connection can cause noise for sure or bad parts to much captive or inductive will be a problem. Some time they cause problems to repeat every 10 min or 4 hours.

hi again my razer 16 screen seems to be flickering when I put hdr mode on..it is most apparent when I am browsing a website with a white background. What occurs is that the white background becomes whiter or more grey when I scroll. Well headset are strange I seen very good setup sold cheap because people didn't think they were comfortable.

I seen some great option that fit in you pocket but people complain the connection were noise and affect listen to music quietly. But that was only if your moving around. They were great for backpack fit in small pocket. Did not have to go insider ear.

It looks like you have a v3x. If so, your keyboard has single zone lighting rather than per key lighting. This means you cannot select individual keys unfortunately. Thus you have very limited control of your RGB.

They still talking about about the cost of adding polling rate feature into games. Mostly used by pro players and a few causal players. One big problem is if you can pay extra to access the features do they bill all players or just the pro players using it. But what happened when the people using it join Casual matches.

If they only allow it in tournaments how do the pro players practice. I love the fact they allowed the feature on faster computers it's great for 120 fps or faster now they can capture data faster. But effects a lot of stuff before it gets fully added into gaming. I think it might really change vr game design. Also make changes to video and audio software.
