that acts as an extension if you eventually want to use your mouse wired. its more convenient. you can connect that to your machine, and then connect the mouse through there through cable or the dongle. its basically a hub.

For people that have their pc tower a bit far from where the mouse is, it helps connect stuff easier

if you aren't careful you will get the one you don't want

ANSI has the wider shift key and is the primary keyboard layout in the USA
ISO is the other once and is used pretty much everywhere else

This is not limited to F9, any key can get "stuck" and will tag along any other key.
Pressing the "stuck" key once will resolve the issue for now.

The input device is in pristine condition and does not show any visible mechanical issue.

Is there any tool I can try before replacing the hardware?

I bought around 2 and a half years a go a pair of Razer Nari Ultimate. A few months ago they stopped to charge and they lost all contact. I think it is the battery but I'm not sure. They don't charge nor the button gives any response. Now I am wondering is it worth to DIY and repair them on your own or just buy a new pair.
