Hello. So I just picked up a new Razer Naga Pro v2 Wireless mouse and for the first time I got the wireless charging device you set your mouse on to charge. I had it in 2.4 mode and charged it on the razer mouse dock pro for 4 hours and it only went from 39% to 70%. Is this standard or is there something I am missing to get a full charge out of it at a faster rate. Tia.

Because lots don't update video card firmware. But the video card company also say the support team spend lots of time helping customers update firmware.

i should also mention i have a sound blaster audigty RX but i plug in through usb, i could try directly plugging in through 3.5mm jack and see if that changes anything

Well gpu was just one example we had them help with fixing audio drivers before as well as other teams because they release updates lots for new games

But if it's on windows I definitely install windows store updates and run sfc and dism commands reboot then do more testing.

SFC is more for file corruption and DISM is for image creation and repairing, i dont think either of those will help, i can just try reinstalling all the drivers for audio and see if that helps but i just got the headsets so hard to believe something corrupted and i didnt install the software through windows store so that has nothing to do with this, but my windows 11 is fully updated

I think razer needs software for their dac and onyx adapter. That allows more adjustable options. But the onyx adapter is very cool.

I'm trying to use it again but when I look at system booster and 'speed up' it says 63 items can be optimised but all the items on the list are highlighted. Does it only show what it must delete or is it also showing stuff it shouldn't delete?

It allows the games to load all the files needed into a high speed location like ram but you use a USB stick.

I find Scandisk USB sticks 1050mb/s transfer speed USB stick are great for gaming. With ramboost software.

Well I normally just look an what programs are in ram and how much ram they use.

Turn off all the ones not needed that use up lots of ram.

But I know they have problems get most high speed equipment running now. Lots need to repay licensing fees again. Causing them to run slower.

That one reason I run scan disk USB sticks they only transfer at 1gb. But running better then lots of 5gb to 15 gb hardware when I was testing.

Found out lots did not renew the fee so the drivers were running in a reduce speed mode.

Windows was looking into it. Hard to develop software when stuff not working correctly.

Lots were complaining about the speeds like they complained about hard drive space. They had to make a few changes plus or minus 20% was a lot more space when they started selling gb or tb stuff.

It works great on a lots of USB sticks now that we can transfer upto 15 gb /sec even the 1 gb/s stick work well.

Makes older systems run great or slows systems with USB 3.2 run much better

So systems have hard drives only running 200mb or 300 mb that people use. Put in a 1 gb/sec 1 tb USB stick wakes the system up.

All of my devices show up in synapse, all drivers are up to date but I can't figure out why games like Diablo IV and Hogwarts Legacy don't show up in chroma connect nor do they work when I launch the game. I purchased all Razer items because I saw the effects on my wifes computer and now I'm super sad none of mine works. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I only just had the headset for a week now

And its already having problems like audio lag and static

And the smartswitch feature is tripping

When i on the headset it says bluetooth but it’s actually connected to my laptop

Then when i switch the input again it says bluetooth again and is actually connected to my phone

And then it just refuses to change the input back to my laptop

And my razer opus x from 2 years ago (the previous headset) also had the same issue but with intermittent connection

I emailed razer and i still had the 2 year warranty but they said i couldn’t use it cuz i bought the headset from a third party store

Both are OK but I normally go razer and sound blaster headset Amp well I have a few headset amps. Razer have not blow up for me when using as speakers with headset Amp. I'm happy with them. I got a hyperx headset that needs repair if you want it.

Selling to different brands. Yes they have to be careful with company's making fake headset. Best to buy from dealers if possible. Did you register the headset on razer registration website?

2. Yes, all keyboards can do this (except single zone, that means that the entire keyboard is one color, and you cant make waves. The only keyboard that has this from razer is the razer oranta v3 X)

But the razer oranata V3 does not have per-key color (means that each key can become a diffrent color) But it is a zone. if you look at image, you can see what im talking about, there are zones and you can change each of their colors, when using the classic wave effect you cannot tell

@topaz veldt But I know for a FACT that the razer Cynosa V2 has per key RBG (you can change each key's color) and it cost 59.99, though it has been discontinued but you can still get some from them. It is older, as it was made in 2020 but It is a really good keyboard. Only downside is the size of they keys and the lack of a wrist rest.

Lots of smaller laptops do well with new hard drives that are fast with ssd installed. Even the 1 Gbps speed for USB sticks. Only down fall for a few is they run in the 2 ghz or 3 ghz speeds. People have desktop pc running over 6 ghz its like having two laptops in one.
