Post in community-help... I'm sure someone will help you get it sorted. In the meantime (assuming you're on Windows) on task-bar right click on speaker icon... This will open System>Sound in Windows Settings. Make sure "output" is your headphones. Going forward a little more info would be nice.

So I just updated my Huntsman V2 Analog firmware to fix the issue of the stuck key presses that I was having when Synapse was open

And now occasionally my keyboard loses connection to my PC then reconnects, it'll just drop out for a few seconds

Was just wanting to let someone know in case this is another issue that needs patching via firmware or Synapse updates. But in case I need to submit something to support, someone can point me in that direction if needed

Hi, is there a way to export Razer Synapse profiles without starting the application? It is broken for me on Win 11, refuses to start/open the Synapse window, therefor I cannot export with a Razer account. I tried restarting the two associated Razer background services to no avail. I have like 100 game profiles in Synapse I really dont want to loose. Is there a folder in AppData or Documents that I may backup to copy back after a clean reinstall of the software?

The sound card or dac are you using the sound card?

Well you can try adjusting the dac settings but they only made a limited amount of those sound cards in that size. Most were dac. But they are the sound blaster audio card mini version. Hard to get. I don't think they offer firmware updates. I normally unplug and plug back in after using them for a few minutes see if they start running better.

Eq uses hardware to change sound lots added noise. Dac like a cpu that adjust audio with small delays was biggest complaint

You need software to control the eq most use a standard software commands that all dacs understand

If you using on windows check audio settings. You can try spatial audio see if that helps.

I watch windows store as well. They were working on audio in windows 11. They had a few problems.

One reason they release spatial audio they were recommended custom dac settings for most audio.

But I think it's mostly to many cooks in the kitchen. No one agreeing what is best.

Also do windows updates and windows store updates.

My issue is as follows; I pay a fuckton for Razer HIGH end products. Basilisk 3, Nari Ultimate, Razer Kraken Hypersense, Deathstalker Ultimate (shame they didnt evolve this particular keyboard, they had some real promises with the LCD screen, it was bad for sure, but it had REAL potential for some high end COOL keyboards nowadays with live PC specs filled around the keyboard, maybe 2-3 displays, 2 minis one actual responsive controller like numpad display for that truly customizable experience), Blackwidow V4 pro, Enki pro list goes on but whatever.

My issue TLDR; If you buy a high end product, nowadays you see more and more features INCLUDED in the hardware but the stuff to actually UTILISE IT sold seperately, which honestly yeah, okay, a docking station and all that cool, thats fine its a nice addition, but you can charge via cable, never failed. Hell do the damn optical 4K through the cable then not exclusively via some dang dongle if the darn mouse can do it.

but not only that, NO no, They MAKE a DONGLE for your already FUNCTIONING DONGLE that functions in the EXACT same way, no clue why they do this as it just adds to the cost and a slap in the face, hah go get your 30$ Razer wireless dongle, that you have a 2$ knockoff version off and can basically toss off into a nearby lake cause it LITERALLY DOES NOT extend the function other than MAYBE save a wait.. no it dont even save a usb spot rofl.

So yeah, you get a 2$ dongle that does actually nothing, with a high end "premium" product according to their lineup one of the most expensive and latest ones with the latest technology in there, and then you STILL gotta buy the "DLCs" seperately so you can play optimally with the device, will you notice 1000Hz to 4000Hz, probably not, probably? for some? maybe? but I paid for it so why should I need to pay double for it? Like.. Idk

Hello everyone, I bought a Razer DeathStalker pro V2 and got a new one because of a sizzling noise coming from the power button, annoying af. AND the new one have the same noise .... an unbearable and non stopping ZZZzzzZZzzZZzZZzzzzZZZz coming from the power button. Is this the same for anyone who have this keyboard ?
