but if it's buggy/you can't launch it I recommend to reinstall it, make sure to not open it in start of system and maybe it will work better, for me it works well and I can change everything I want whenever I want

I was going to ask for a new mouse recommendation that's around 70-95 basically under 100. I have 0 experience with gaming mouse but since my very very basic logitech mouse cannot reassemble for whatever reason, I decided to just get a higher quality mouse. I've always had a shit mouse for gaming so I figured I would get something nice, even if I'm not gaming as much now (valorant and league) since I may occasionally return.

I found some nice deals on amazon, even though the mice are pretty old (not in 2023 or late 2022). Saw razer deathadder v2 and v3 but v3 is wired and I'm p sick of using wired so wireless it is. Then I saw other stuff like basilisk v3 and basilisk ultimate and I wanted to ask what infinite scrolling was since it seemed like razer products don't have infinite scrolling. I basically wanted scrolling that was like a very very basic logitech mouse. I ended up getting the basilisk ultimate anyways since it was wireless unlike the v3 and t was on a big sale like 170 to 92, with the charging dock which I thought was cool, before tax and stuff but amazon prime has free shipping handling etc. The extra macro buttons also seemed really convenient.

I contacted Razer Support thru twitter, they had me download a program to grab my data logs and send them over. Honestly don't think there's anything anyone can do until the devs fix the update. I uninstalled Cortex and Synapse for now since I just used it for my keyboard and mouse (which both still work, just looping the regular RGB without the apps)

I am in the same spot. Everything seems to be working apart from the RBG. Support have not yet been able to figure out why Synapse will not run. I just don’t have access to the software to change any of the settings to my headset or mouse button configurations. I hope they can figure it out.

I let them know that uninstalling Synapse did nothing, but when I also uninstalled Cortext the problem stopped. Hopefully with this many people having the same problem it won't take too long

There were some big CPU issues razer laptops were having last month, and this update seems to have helped a lot of laptop users... so the devs didn't test it with their other products and rolled out the update. And now we're seeing it mess with everyone else.

I think synapse only detects usb headsets for now if wired you have to use razer audio software. I'm not sure about Bluetooth support. Some said they changed audio settings with cell phone for Bluetooth

I’m debating between the 4080 and 4090 version of the new Blade 18, but I’m having a real hard time trying to come to a decision.

The 4080 would financially and practically make more sense to me since I’d only be playing at 1440p at most, but I’d only be getting 12 GB of VRAM with it versus the 4090’s 16 GB which might become an issue with games in the next year or two, especially in VR.

I can afford both easily, but if I can save $1000 (I live in CA which has a 9.5% sales tax), I would love to!

If I can make it last for 3 years before upgrading, I’ll be happy.

My Huntsman Elite is on its last legs and idk if I should get another one of those or maybe upgrade to either the V2 Analog or the Blackwidow V4 Pro

But here's the thing. The wristrest it comes with is usually never directly connected to the keyboard. I have it an inch or two away, since my hands are so big. This affects the underglow drastically.

The Huntsman Elite has underglow on all four sides, whether or not the wrist rest is connected. The V2 Analog only has it on three sides, and the Blackwidow V4 Pro has three sides when the wrist rest is connected, and only two when it's not

So unless I go out to the Razerstore in LA and try them all out for myself, idk which one to get
