Can someone please help me with my Razer Kraken V3 hypersense microphone , i had the blackshark v2 before , and the mic quality was awesome , but with kraken V3 , even though Razer said that the mic is superior to the one that is used by the Blackshark , all my discord friends told me that the sound is crackling when i speak louder , and that the quality is not good

Did you do mic setups in windows then check discord site. There are many problems in discord with audio I'm not sure if it's setup related or not. You can also check razer insider for help. I test it with out discord see if it seem better.

well, I have Nari Ultimate and they work well with glasses, yet after something like 3 years my earpads got destroyed, so I tried Barracuda X and personally I think that they have worse sound and because of that I have returned to Nari and I just replaced earpads

I was using deathadder elite for 2 years and it was nice, yet mouse was too short for me and after 2 years my left click Just broke because of minecraft pvp clicking

If you can afford more expensive Mouse I can recommend Deathadder v3 Pro or Basilisk V2, grip is more ergonomic for me and they have better razer optical switches (deathadder elite/essential they have mechanical switches)

In conclusion, it's okay Mouse but in it's prize you can get better mice from other companies and if you would like to spend more money you can get very good Razer mouse

Green click because they bounce back fast it's the spring return under pressure. Great for gaming I find for quick inputs. But not so great for working at data entry all day long.

I just find yellow easy to type on or working. But green for gaming so I can input faster. Faster in and faster output on green. The amount of press per second is faster for me with green for sure and 8000 hz pulling rates should help it detect every press.

Hi everyone, I need help. I havent used my deathadder v3 pro for 2 weeks or so, and now its flashing a white light. What does this mean

it only works if i charge it, but charging it makes it flash green instead, and green means full so its not like the battery is dead either

This feedback sound plays every so often in my headphones about every 3 to 5 minutes. I have been unable to fix it and would welcome any help. I exchanged my Original kraken because I thought it was defective but this one has the same issue. Does anyone know how to properly clean the adhesive surface on the back of the Sphex V3 mouse mat? I've tried soap and water and just water but none of the dirt and dust that it stopping it from sticking to my desk has come off.

I've seen people say to use a rough side of a sponge but the fibers from that just get stuck to the surface on top of all the other dust.

white flashing light usually means the mouse is searching for it's receiver dongle. Try re-pairing the mouse with the dongle with razer's pairing tool

OK i've figured out how to clean it. Lightly rinse or spray the surface with only water. to get the dust and dirt off use a damp dishcloth. the key is to place on your desk while the sticky side is still wet. This makes it super extra sticky until moved again.

Hi guys, not sure where to ask this, but ever since I think the latest windows update a couple days ago, the cpu usage from "Razer Central Service" has skyrocketed and is constantly using around 15% of my CPU, which makes my cpu temperatures much worse, my cpu is never idling anymore, it's always running at max speed.

Anyone know how I could fix this? Can I uninstall this?

Seems like ending razer synapse and razer central's tasks in the task manager fixed the issue for now, cpu temperature in game went from 70 to 45-50 after doing that lol. Might have to do it everytime I turn on my PC until the issue is fixed
