Hello, so I recently bought a Blackshark V2 X and I plugged it in my Acer Nitro 5 and the microphone is not appearing in the settings. I can hear the audio just fine, but when I go to the mic it just says Microphone Array Realtek(R) Audio. I don't know if I need to use the 2 jacks because my computer has only one or if it's something else. Thank you for your time.

i actually have the v2 X and when i used it on my laptop it automatically connected both my mic and audio but i recommend you getting a y-splitter cable witch you can buy for pretty cheap.

if you are using paypal, they have most likely simply blocked it from ur acc completely (automatically) as fraud prevention because paypal can theoretically be sus (but this is still a bit silly imho)
i filled in all account details yadayada it didn't work even when paypal always authorized it
contacted support and it took them 6 days total to fix it (first msg after 3 days saying they "moved the ticked to the correct team")
then they said they have enabled my acc to use paypal after that

So i have a RMA case with Razer support since early november took almost three weeks of hard work for me just to get sent over to the RMA dept, then another week or two for them to process. my faith in Razer support is none existing right now. but at last i got my shipping info and they got my laptop (Razer Blade Advanced 15" 2021) that the m2 nand was broken in. everything else was working fine (Had been using the computer with Windows on USB) then they got my computer hear nothing and suddenly they say they don't got the lcd in stock, and i got to wait for a update. the bad part here is the repair center is closed until 6 Jan so the 3 days RMA they support talked about will eventually turn into 2 month at least. i asked today Why they wanted to change the LCD because it was working when i sent it. they quickly iterated and said we are waiting on parts. all of got me to change supplier of computer for my company.

Now to my question have i just been super unlucky or is this how Razer support works ?

If anyone else can help that would be swell but here is what I know so far in regards to my ripsaw:

• it will work flawlessly on my laptop
• it does not show the optoin correctly in regards to audio input capture listing it as (4- Razer Ripsaw HD) where on my laptop is shows up as HD HDMI ripsaw HD)
• Razer Synapis was not uninstalled on my laptop and was prompted to uninstall on my laptop
• after uninstalling my razer synapis on my desktop it REFUSES to let it install.

conclusion: something on my desktop is blocking the ripsaw from installing the synapis. I believe it has to do with the number of USB ports being more then 1 as my laptop only has 2.

Not sure if this helps but i saw this in the FAQ. The Razer Seiren line of products are also detected as speakers in the device manager to allow for audio monitoring while streaming. When a headset is plugged into the 3.5mm port on the Seiren, you hear both your computer audio and mic audio.

You tested new beta software for windows if that does not fix it and it's only discord something strange is wrong with discord.

You try equalize they should block some sounds main function. A dac or digital audio control has better control can change audio sound.

Well the mixer got some great technical inside it. It should not change audio from the source. Just added it together. The mixer and ht
razer-stream-controller are very powerful tools. For the size. The only main options other better mixer have are more inputs. Then a few really expensive mixers have built in dac and amps that cost lost of money

For big outdoor events

Shocking how the police monitored technology but in early years they moved big out door mixers amps around to different country and back with out people knowing how much computer power was really inside.

Some were shock how much audio you could process with Apple 64 core desktop and some music festival had to mixers that connected together giving them 128 cores of cpu power to process music and record concerts live. Plus input video as well.

I just used sound blaster audio card it worked great or sound blaster g6 with laptop with its own power supply. I don't see why you could not added the thx adapter into mixers. But for now you have to buy thx adapter and input it into mixers I guess. They don't really tell you what chips are inside mixer do they.

It was great fun testing on console using different voices to play. With new names so people don't see and attack you right away.

The mixer basically sold by an other company was best option we found available in North America that people used. They said it works best but only has a few channels you can control. Razer looked it over made a few patient upgrades and started selling it.

I know this was kind of an old comment by now but in my experience with Amazon you can absolutely trust both used and open box items sold by the Amazon warehouse. Refurbished/renewed I am sure is fine too, but I prefer open box or even just used-Like new or used-excellent. Reason being might not be based in reality entirely, but when an item is renewed, I just have to wonder why it needed to be renewed when other items that were used did not. Having said that, I received several of each category of computer components from Amazon and even a gigabyte vision 550d motherboard for 140$ below anyone else had been selling it for, and the item was completely flawless with everything in original packaging and pristine white original heatsinks. I'm sure the motherboard had never been touched, but was sold to me open box for a huge discount and I imagine only due to the fact that someone else returned it. They could have sold it as new, and no one would ever know any different. Many sales since have been great but that 1 particular sold me on purchasing open box from them, best buy is a whole other story.

Because it deals with stolen money you might want to consider filling a police report as well if true. Hello I'm looking for a solution to a problem, I have Razer Viper and I charge it overnight on the dock, the dock is plugged into an always-on USB port. But the red/orange/green light from the mouse when charging is extremely bright and I can't sleep at night without covering it up with something. I've hit my keyboard a little to hard sometimes and it's still just fine! Or putting too much pressure on the mouse, works like a charm still!
My blackshark pro headset is a little finnicky with the volume and connection but still works very well too

All headset can work with surround sound. You need to purchase the technology dolby atoms or razer audio. Windows spatial audio is just custom dac settings will not give you surround sound.
