It’s a ve10-35x
Turns out it’s not really a fire risk
Just gonna still some holes, cut some of it up and put some exhaust fans in it
I am using deathadder elite
jkjk
tyty
ok so how do you actually clean it
no way mwav
guys, currently on my way home from my dads, he just got me a logitech C270 HD, 720P, 30fps webcam, is that good for streaming
thats a decent budget webcam for streaming but ive heard that the microphone on it isnt that great so i'd recommend to buy an external mic if you dont already have one
i have a razer kraken x
gaming headsets mic aint good
Voicemeeter can help
i ask here for help?
@jovial roost go for it
#351097273226362880 is better but I'll hear you out
ah, already in there

yea
I wanna do RGB led strips setup but how do people do it? Do they stick the strips behind the desk or monitors/TVs? I wanna do both desk and TV chroma background
Behind screens normally gives the widest, snoothest lighting effect
Desk lines people also do but imo off the back of screens tends to look the best esp. with ambient awareness effects (Replicates the screen colours and projects them onto the wall, like it's a bigger screen)
how many meters i should get for both monitors and TV? 24inch and 27inch, 55inch tv
Imo stick to short lengths and get really strong adhesive
Then chain the short lengths together
Like
Measure for the 24 inch, then bulk buy for the others can work just fine
You might think you need to cover it to the edge on every corner but you really don't, moderate coverage is just about as good
Look into extension cables for the light strips when you do this, and be careful not to put more lights on a set of strips longer than what's advertised as max
i recently discovered the chroma controller and how WS2812b works with them, and how they're super cheap on aliexpress
so all of this is new to me lol
Yes what you have in mind will most likely work fine
I've done it myself before but I used branded strips
You need lots of extension cables though
You can ping me here if you've got more questions about it later lol
so what do i search for exactly? 3pin RGB extention cables?
thanks a lot bro
Np
These can be purchased from that bald headed guys website I think called Amazon for cheap. In case you need more diffusion
For instance. That ugly strip under my case totally will find itself inside this eventually.
Oh and don’t do what I did and think “144leds/meter is way better than 60 or 30 leds per meter”. I quickly found myself ordering a second chroma controller since 1 can only power 240 leds. Only to find out razer don’t care about my second controller. Synapse can only handle 1 before it tells controller 2 to s a d
This is weird but why is there no Take screenshot command in Razer synapse?
'Launch snipping tool' can work or do a ctrl+print screen command
ctrl + prtsc doesn't screenshot
at least it doesn't on windows 11
It's Windows + PrtSc
but for some reason it ignores my Windows key in keyboard function
it only registers PrtSc
Well launch snipping tool is there if that works
Or if using an nvidia gpu you can use shadowplay
yeah it does, but I was kinda looking for a instant screenshot option
snipping tool requires selecting the area and then screenshot
nvidia captures screenshot on the native resolution of your monitor, in my case it's 2K but I'm using DSR to achieve 4K and shadowplay doesn't capture that
tho windows screenshot captures with DSR
Are you editing these? You can use upscaling in apps like photoshop
Idk if we can program the screenshot button to work because it's now windows key based
No, I mean dynamic super resolution, it's a thing in nvidia that allows game to run at higher resolution than your native ones
nope, I just want to keep the resolution it was captured in
Well you could also get a 4K capture card with passthrough
And just input into that
That'll take 4k
Use the live preview for it
will look into it, thank you
How is everyones future proof PCs from 2017 holding up? I think mines finally dying 😭
Hi, I have a problem because I don't know where to find the serial number to activate 7.1 sounds. Headphones like in the attached photoHi,

Is this good?
I’m upgrading the ram to 16gb 3200MHz ddr4
It’s 4 cores CPU, in 2022 you want at least 8 cores, and gpu vram as well 4gb isn’t great and unreal engine 5 wait already on the corner. For another 200 bucks you can get their ryzen 5000 and 3060 combo that on sale on retailers for 1350 i think. If form factor isn’t problem there’s bigger 16inch other brand gaming laptop with 3070 that costs 1400 i think.
And you don’t have to do this since they’re already 16gb.
?
It's pretty good but the 3050Ti will be a bit lacking. If you can upgrade to the Dash F15 with an RTX 3060 it'll be a much better choice (3050 class lappy's are quite a bit slower than the 3060's) and yes upgrading to 16gb ddr4 with an extra SODIMM stick is a good idea.
Have a look at this laptop instead. It's cheaper and more powerful with a 3060, also would need the same ram upgrade:
https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Thin-10UE-Gaming-Laptop/dp/B095L9QXMM/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=2HJKSU4N64V4F&keywords=msi+gf65+thin+10ue&qid=1650493591&sprefix=msi+gf65+thin+10u%2Caps%2C308&sr=8-3
And no you don't need 8 cores on a 1080p laptop. 4 cores is fine (Most people still use 4-6 cores for games anyway with no trouble).
Hope this helps :D

which kraken version is that ?
So I'm not really well known in the audio world when it comes to speakers and soundbars and such (headsets and such I know more off). Can someone tell me like the pros/cons or differences between the leviathan v2 vs the Nommo Pro? You can also name more technical stuff if needed.
Hey, would anyone be able to help with recommendations for a computer build I'm wanting to do? Looking to essentially do an upgraded version of my current system (HP Pavilion 500-189), which is like 10 years old. Essentially, looking to meet the following criteria: wanting to stick with AMD, will be used for content creation (gaming, streaming, videos, etc), has to be compatible with an NZXT H510 Mid-Tower ATX case - got free, minus duties, from a giveaway - and hoping motherboard can utilize everything the case has fully. Budget is about $1,500-2,000. Would consider it a bonus if the traditional black/green Razer theme can be stuck to, but not an absolute must - blue, gold, silver, et cetera would be okay, but hoping to avoid any "eye-popping" colours that stand out (e.g. cyan, pink, red, white, etc). 🖥
Oh, and compatibility with BenQ RL2455HM monitor would be ideal, since I'm not looking to upgrade that. ;)
Looks like Razer's Siren, but not 100% sure.
Ah alr thx
It is correct english
Should I buy the new audio Razer mixer all in one?
Because I’m planning use it with a rode microphone.
Hi
intel outside
I would, 250 for a solid mixer, thats also razer
Make sure your microphone is XLR though
Sure I can take a look at it. If you still need help you can DM me. It's late for me right now, so might come tomorrow
May I know which mic arm you got plz
Nvm found it
Thank you Brozoi Queen! I will buy it soon!
people of the razer community, it is my idea, that i make this computer! in PCBS.
but a bit better
• GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Founder’s Edition
• AMD Ryzen 5 5600X (6 Cores/12 Threads)
• Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition Air Cooler
• MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI Motherboard
• 16GB Kingston Fury RGB DDR4 3600MHz Memory
• 512GB Intel 660p M.2 NVMe SSD
• 1TB Seagate HDD
• 500W EVGA Power Supply
• Windows 10 Home
• RGB Lighting Kit & Rear RGB Fan
PC Building Simulator 2 is supposed to be better
I have it?
huh how
idk I got an email with the code
a site says it releases sometime this year, it didnt give an exact date
I used PCBS to build my rig in IRL
you can only do so much research before you want to see what it looks like in build and aesthetic
Is an i3 10100f + RX 6500XT a good combo?
which gpu manufacture ?
sapphire pulse
msi h510m pro
AMD's Radeon RX 6500 XT is simply not good enough for gaming PCs in 2022. The 4GB of VRAM is severely limiting this GPU. The next step up from the Radeon 6500 XT is the Radeon 6600, which comes with 8GB, doubling the amount available
not planning to do heavy gaming, and 6600XT beyond my budget
Earlier this year, AMD introduced a new GPU, the Radeon RX 6500 XT, to help the GPU shortage and brings the RDNA 2 architecture to a mainstream price point with a suggested price of $199. I had a chance to evaluate the Gigabyte Eagle 4G card and ran it through a number of real-world scenarios.
what is your budget for GPU if you don't mind me asking
$300
and the 6500XT is $290 in my country
$750
no
but i already made a list with a gpu for $750
i dont want super good
i just want something that can run osu and minecraft and maybe a bit of valorant
buying used still a better option for budget
bro a used 3060 costs more than what im paying for
Buy smart not stupid
try rebooting ur pc
my razer nari ultimate worked fine for over a year and now when I plug in the usb dongle, it starts connecting disconnecting and connecting to the pc very fast.
I have a few other razer products and they work fine, I tried plugging in the dongle in every single usb slot but the same thing happens
i have the same issue and i contacted support today
they opened a rma and i'm waiting for a reply
I used to own a razer nari over a year ago, one day the dongle stopped working and they had no regular nari so they sent me nari ultimate, and now I have the same issue with them. Is it a common problem for razer headphones or am I just ultra unlucky?
I have the Xbox version and have only had issues with connecting it to pc
i guess you are just unlucky
AAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaa
also when I remove the dongle and place it back in the headset works fine for about 4-10 seconds and then it starts cycling between detected and not detected
idk
What other devices do you have around you?
from razer I have: Basilisk v2 ultimate, the basilisk charging station, Goliathus chroma, and the huntsman mini tournament edition
Anything that transmits
I have a wireless mouse yes, the basilisk v2
works just fine and I bought It ages ago and never had a single problem with it
when I try to use the pairing tool and I plug in the dongle this happens
my razer keyboards chroma is lagging insanely hard and doesnt even do what its supposed to, is it the app or what
i did close and reopen it but didnt do anything
but when i unplug my keyboard and replug it, it works again
its literally brand new
What is the cpu?
What are you playing
i wasnt playing anything at the time but i play cod
It could also be a power draw issue as well.
I experienced your issue while playing cold war a bit ago
well i was playing cold war
guess thats it but my psu is higher then reccomended for my build so power shouldnt be an issue
might just be the software
Eh, I don't think that's the case.
you think its just with cold war then cuz it happend after i played that
its impossible its my pc cuz everything is brand new
and working as it should
i see, i have a thingy downloaded where keyboard is all white and the key i press goes thru all the colors so it just gets stuck
but i checked my whole pc so it shouldnt be an issue with my pc and you say its not the software so it must be cold war
What do you have downloaded?
Also try posting on #351097273226362880
More people check that then this channel
i see
uhm it was from the razer chroma workshop
profile
Definitely a watercooling/low-power case tho
Yeah but like, you get a p360A or Lancool II Mesh and it's like 5-10 with the glass on lol
I don't disagree though it's an interesting case
Where can you store borzoi figure ay?
At*
The y60 would look so clean in a corner
Agreed
Probably around the front near the side radiator mount.
I see people put figures on the top of GPU's and worry for it melting or plastic smell
What running 6 tabs of opera GX, and 2 tabs of Roblox studios does to 16GB of ram 💀
Oof
@finite nova I don't think that's what caused it
Both ram and SSD usage was pretty high 💀
You need your stableizer bar
tech
If you have a rubber band or anything similar to hand, wrap that around it for grip, then wiggle it a little while pulling, it might take a few minutes but it should come out eventually - just spent a while putting new stabilisers in a BlackWidow V3 Pro a few days ago - some of them felt like they would not come out, but patience is key!

Quick question
I’m trying to edit my kaira and the razer app wont connect to my kaira
tech
Pray they had insurance 😆 💔
Replacing my Razer Blade 15 fans and I’m almost done but I legit spent the last hour trying to hook the left antenna cable and still haven’t been able to do it
so close yet so far
I believe in you. There’s a similar connector inside a joycon if I can do that you can too
Are you using tweezers
Be very careful
Also if you can't manage, you can hold it down with electrical tape @hexed mantle
I have up last night because as I tried to slide it in I bumped into the right one and that one came off also Gonna give it another go today if not I’ll take it to the nearby shop 😭
Does anyone know how to get Razer macros working on Linux?
(Using a Razer Naga Pro)
I can manually re-assign the button presses with xdotool and write custom software, but this hardly seems like the best solution.
my keyboard is razer

How do I get my fan settings to stay on razer synapse 3??
every time i reboot the fan settings reset
it has annoyed me to the point where i no longer have synapse installed
this is on a razer blade 15 advanced early 2021 model
also, is there any way to install chroma without synapse?
Hi everybody, i wondering how to create custom games RGB integrations. What do i need to get started?
OR
It is possible to choose exact pixel on a screen instead of region in Synapse? (Ambient awareness)
Current ambient awareness region is too inaccurate to be useful for me
Hey @faint creek , I'm not too knowledgeable of the former, but the later yes you can absolutely do
When you set up ambient awareness you can define a region on the right hand side of the studio screen in synapse, and you can use that to define a custom region you want your PC to pick up
You take a screenshot of the desktop and load it into synapse to then draw a smaller region of interest, how accurate you can make it, down to exact pixels? Not sure if you can, but you can make the squares pretty small
I will also note some caution here. Ambient awareness takes a degree of CPU overhead to run, I've never tried it but it is very possible you may end up with way too much CPU usage by having a lot of these set up on say a keyboard with each key
Or alternatively it might even do the opposite, I'm honestly not too sure but keep an eye on your cpu usage when you do this
Thank you, i think there is only one way to do it... https://developer.razer.com/works-with-chroma/download/ 🤷🏻♂️😆😅
time to learn C++
@fierce cloak 🙂
just wanted to throw this out, for GPUs the 3 I have in mind of having is 1650, 2060, or 3060
Hey
but I like the founders edition
i don’t trust the third partie GPUs
Alright, I was about to say, running COD/WZ on intergraded graphics might be a struggle
oh
@fierce cloak get microcenter to build the computer
Third Party GPU's usually run better, due to it coming OC'd from the supply
bro i was about to ping u to see the list too
wanted to see ur reaction too
This is a good recommendation
Ok I seen it, it deserves changes
yea i mentioned it in the last channel
@vivid ledge
This is true, it does
idc any under $2K
System Builder - Intel Core i5-12400F, Razer Tomahawk Mini-ITX Mini ITX Tower
Including monitor?
naw I got a 240 alienware monitor 💀
Budget is $2K, for everything?
i love it
ye
So just 2K for only PC?
ye
and i’ll spend my other on a razer wireless bundle
i cant find one with a wireless headphones, mouse, and keyboard all in 1
only one i found was wireless mouse & keyboard
didn’t have a headphone
people from microsoft told me that founder edition GPUs from Nvidia have horrible thermal
2060 Super is my best interests
This is how I would build it - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mmxYNc
System Builder - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, GeForce RTX 3060, Razer Tomahawk ATX ATX Mid Tower
@vivid ledge I remember you made me a list that you said I should get Intel
Here, 3080.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6NyfyK
System Builder - Intel Core i5-12500, GeForce RTX 3080 10GB LHR, Razer Tomahawk Mini-ITX Mini ITX Tower
Kept that Razer case since you seemed to like it, but move to ATX, since easier than ITX for a first build
Yeah intel 12th gen just wins rn
It does kick out heat
12500 will be fine on the arctic tower cooler
It's a 6 core too, it'll pair with any GPU at 1080p
@vivid ledge you did the ITX one
Ya I did
Personally I would go 3070 Ti over 3080, just better bang-for-your-buck - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sx9Wtn
System Builder - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, Razer Tomahawk ATX ATX Mid Tower
so will it be any harder or?
Not if you get MicroCenter to build it
ITX is always harder but the ITX case is better overall and yes, not if microcenter builds it
For 2K we can also do a more aggressive mATX build. We can fit a 6900XT into it
i’m not tryna be annoying but I honestly don’t know why I should get the 3rd party GPUs
Tho tbf for a 1080p 240hz, we might wanna aim lower like a 6600XT
2060?
Yeah a 2060 would work, room for more on that monitor tho
3070 is too much ngl 💀
yea
Due to feature-sets, I'd stay with team green on a GPU, something in the ball of 3060Ti to 3070Ti
System Builder - Intel Core i5-12500, Radeon RX 6600 XT, Razer Tomahawk Mini-ITX Mini ITX Tower
Try this
It should peak your monitor's refresh just fine
Knocks $500 out too
So you could get a really nice prebuilt keyboard and maybe a viper mini
^
hell yea
Oh you mean AMD?
While I would agree, AMD is just way cheaper rn
No I mean for GPUs
But if the budget is 2K, you can get in a decent 30 series card
oh 💀
The 3rd parties just dress them up in a different cooler
They all come from nvidia/amd
so ur saying
You can fit a 6900XT in for 2K

I have a specific build for the 2K 6900XT I share, sits in a deepcool mATX
And OC'd from the third party
Yeah basically
and they end up getting only worse thermal? 😭
5600X over 12500 though, all core boost higher on the 56, frequency higher too
As well as, allows OC, where 12500 don't
is not spectacular but idk why i love the design
The 12500 has a better fps though
IPC wins
Its also cheaper
Lol
Games are single thread, got to do something a bit more demanding to hit multithread clocks, would rather have a CPU that can do it all, not just a one trick pony
is there a huge difference between the i5 - i7 and 5 & 7 for AMD
This is true
It's just me, I'd rather run a 5600X over a 12500
At 1080p yes
Intel 12th is faster
If we were talking 4K or 1440p no
The difference is like
1%
1080p it's just going to be your CPU that is the bottleneck since GPU has headroom, when you go to higher resolutions, the GPU inches closer to being the bottleneck
Same with the cooler, rather run an AIO, though cooling might be the same, I can at least get it to be quieter
Nah the cooler is actually really good for a 65W cpu
Arctic 34 is stonks
And uber cheap
so basically AMD users go for 1440p and 4K while intel good on 1080p?
Anything more than 65W tho yeah, aio for sure
Was just answering the "difference between the i5 - i7 and 5 & 7 for AMD"
Adding to your 1080p comment
It's more that when you go to higher resolutions like 1440p, the GPU is chugging so much that most cpu's can keep up, so the differences don't really matter much anymore
When we talk bottleneck we refer to the framerate production of both the cpu and gpu, they both produce the frames on your screen together
But one will always be slower than the other, depending on the situation
In this case, 1080p often means the GPU isn't working as hard because there's less pixels, so it produces a lot faster frames, to the point where the compute power of the CPU can't keep up
Hence "cpu bottleneck"
let me find the exact model of the monitor just to confirm it’s 1080p
oh yea
Also depends on the game you are running Arma is going to hit your CPU hard, where as some photorealistic game is going to hit your GPU harder
I think I know, AW2521HF
There's one good cheap alienware 240hz

That's why I asked what games are you going to be playing on this PC Hasan
GTA V - I'd say both, but only because that game is so unoptimized STILL 😆 , COD - GPU, Roblox - I mean...
https://gyazo.com/a009c9818981d2385eab51e60acbf57a Damn the ATX version is so cheap in US in my country is like 190 usd
The lian li razer is the only atx I would consider
For me it's €210
yea the one without the back lights
+1 that is a good case
Alienware 25 Gaming Monitor - AW2518Hf, Full HD @ Native 240 Hz, 16: 9, 1ms response time, DP, HDMI 2.0A, USB 3.0, AMD Freesync, Tilt, Swivel, Height-Adjustable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0733YCKM5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_7K38PQJFBP475YZ8JHKW
The tomahawk atx is actually flawed, the front panel chokes off all fans
Ah close enough
Lol
you were exactly right
But the lian li razer albeit not great, still has potential
I have Razer ATX case, and I really like it, good build room, looks good, temps good too on the 3080Ti and 3900x, can't complain
i have the same monitor ( i got it new for 300$ )
AIO exhaust 😆
for roblox i ment Blackhawk rescue mission 💀
i’m not gonna lie it’s harder to run than COD
believe it or not
u should see the benchmarks on it
Yeah, but I am sure there is enough headroom in a 12500/5600x and a 3060Ti to run Roblox, has to be no? 😄
ye
Is it just badly optimised?
oh my god for every other game on roblox i can imagine 300 FPS
On blackhawk prob only 80fps
will we consider Nvidia on Intels side? 😂
wth
No ways a 6900xt is equal to a 3090...
It is
Driver optimisations actually make them faster in raw performance
Timespy 6800 XT's get 24K to 3090's 23K
the drivers on the 3090 are better right?
6900XT at 26K
Not really anymore
In SOTR, 1% lows are 10 lower, and average fps is like 2 fps shy, that 10 fps lower 1% OOFF
oh i forgot to add another game
FH5
The radeon drivers since release brought out like 10-15% more performance
This is why the 3090 ti exists
Both 1% lows and average are 10 lower on AMD in Days Gone
They made it literally to say, 'no we're still faster' lol
They 3090 Ti is just an Titan they tried to sell to gamers 😆
They yeeted the power to take the win
True, but no ways a 6900xt trades blows with a 3090, not just in gaming, watching any benchmarks of the two head-to-head, the 3090 wins, slightly in average, but A LOT in 1% lows
And then encoding/rendering times, man the 3090 wins
so basically from what i heard from you both and some people from microsoft, people who want renders, shades, ray tracing would go on nvidia but for raw performance and more fps they go for radeon
right?
Yes radeon is a gaming card
so ima consider nvidia for those who render stuff and video editing
I wouldn't agree, not this round of GPU's, it's more of for the price point you'll get a better Radeon card, but that's only because the card that, that Radeon is trying to compete with is like $100 more expensive
So if you want those rendering/video editing stuff, I'd also recommend AMD CPU's, better at multithreaded workloads, such as rendering and video editing
And this is the biggest reason I'm recommending it, $ in the wallet lol
Yeah, but 2K budget, I would rather have the power-house not second place that is just cheaper 😆
That's why, that sweet spot of the 3060 - 3070 range is best (if you can the TI variant)
maybe 3060
You can't fit the 3090 into 2K budget tho lol
But I can fit a 3070Ti
i’m not saying I wana buy this, i’m only bringing this up bc it has a 3060
what makes it this price
3070 TI is good value tho on nvidias side true
oh crap
But if it fits, then a 3080 lol
that’s the wrong one
Sure, just you are now getting into diminishing returns
It's all diminishing
Next-gen in 5 months

Radeon is just less of a ripped bandaid rn
With that mentality you'd never buy PC parts, cause 6 months there is a better product 😆
Haha true
But this is a 2 year cycle for gpu's so it'll be worth waiting
what ever happened to the razer katana?
Small formfactor, easy of use, accessibility, and Razer tax (don't hate me Razer but you know we pay more for those snakes) 😆
💀
Man they don't do as bad as Apple tax, that is more like grocery store tax 😆
yeah like those carpets are pretty expensive for something that should be at least $50
i got a 3060 ti
The power supply, it's coming
nice
True. Asus also bad or worse at times
bro imagine apple puts a 3090 ti in their laptops ☠️
It's a good card
i know
I’m rocking with 3060 boys
Any 3060 is fine really
yeah
Go for it
ye
👍
They put like mid tier AMD cards in the desktops and charged more than a desktop with a 3090 in it 😆
12500 was fine
but they only had 3060 ti's in stock and i was impatient bc it was the only part i had left to put in my new pc💀
12500 from Alpha, I'd recommended a 5600x
any 3rd party?
i’m looking left and right
Yeah any really
System Builder - Intel Core i5-12500, GeForce RTX 3060, Razer Tomahawk Mini-ITX Mini ITX Tower
guys what do you say to change my current source (asus rog thor 850w 80+ platinum) with the new razer katana? (same as 850 or 1000 w) or should close my eyes and pretend it doesn't exist
Whatever is cheapest
There are tiers of third parties
But any will do fine, really
i need the razer katana RIGHT NOW because it just works with my kunai, tomahawk atx, and hanbo
No, the thor psu is actually top tier
Keep the thor

i have a 850 watt power supply, do you think if i get the hanbo chroma i would need to upgrade to 1000w?
😆
BRO WHAT
No
INTEL CLAPPING
I also got it at a good price which is just 170 usd (second hand but sealed)
nice
It's good to do your research Hasan, make an informed decision
Ya I did say 12th gen wins lol
But only in cpu limited areas
At higher res it won't matter
10700f still strong
yeah
for forza they said the intel gave 5% more
Still really good
10th gen is not bad, better than 11th gen 😆
yeah is still good
my local computer store only had 10th gen, i would have gotten 11 if they had it
i mean, your not wrong lol
Just remember, gaming is single thread, AMD CPU's do well in single thread, but shine in multithread
Anyway ima dip, wish you luck at micro centre @fierce cloak

bro my old pc had a amd radeon r5 with built in graphics 💀
Peace, was a good chat
im in aussie with no micro centres please send help im stuck with local ones 💀 💀 💀
this is cursed
they gave fortnite the win
The integrated graphics struggle
lol fax
😆 😆 😆

In EU with none either, I feel you
i just got nanoleaf lights yesterday and they work crazy in synapse
0% 💀
+0%, still took a 0 win 😆
Lame
I'm jelly, they are cool
Ok ima look at Alphas list and put a 3060 to see
Goodbye my list
again any 3rd party is fine?
Yup, as I said, there are better and worse ones, but still any is good enough
I personally do not recommend the ventus series, I have a 2070 super ventus oc (factory oc) and is hot like hell, 75 to 83 Celcius
ASUS is looking top, they have good binned chips (better selected GPU's), I run an MSI card, and I love it, and EVGA is going strong too
The HOF ones Are the Sexiest XD
is Gig catching up?
Rn in idle i have 40c
Currently running MSI x trio series, runs great
i just ordered razer light strips and the expansion kit, and i never had the time to ask, are they actually good?
Man some GPU's run at like 80C under heavy load 😆
I have had my eye on them, haven't got them yet though
Yea AMD ones XD
x trio has a thick cooler 8 - 9 months ago i was thinking to frankenstein my gpu with a x trio cooler
but I didn't want to risk it especially when I saw that in my country an rtx 3070 was over 1300 usd
I have seen people strapping on two full 140mm fans on GPU's and the temps are way better 😆
I feel pain
should i get a hanbo?
in the meantime I changed my case, it dropped 3-4 degrees
i had an coller master h500p mesh
3080 Ti VS 3090
Careful with the way you mounted your AIO
is ok
Do you need the cooling, I mean, it does look good, I would get one if I needed one
yeah im trapped with the intel stock cooler 💀
i due want to change it with a razer one when they will be available in my country ( and for a reasonable price cuz every time new thing release in my country they are like MSRP + Store tax witch is 5 - 10% + 20% from the importer )
I have a 3080Ti and I think it's a push, and 3090 ain't worth the price tag 😆
wanted to show u that too
Damn that 3060 ti is faster then my 2070s
this should be illegal
I mean, it's allowed
80C is normal?
imagine being in a room
depends on the cooler
80C
LOL
See that’s how I want to feel for the pc
if I can’t survive in 80C
I wouldn’t want the pc too
Not really, it's quite common for GPU dies to hit 80C+ under load
if I can’t survive a room 50C i wouldn’t let my pc do it too
unless we had a freezer blower
I mean just cause your GPU is 80C+ doesn't mean your room is 80C+😆
no like just to know what yo machine is going though what u aren’t
i’ll cook some eggs on it bro
personally the maximum that should be at temperatures (and my target that I try to reach as much as I can is maximum 80 on GPU and maximum 70 on cpu )
You get to cook one egg, then say goodbye to your GPU 😆
would i just say 75 for max on both?
This is a good practice, I just want to repeat, under HEAVY load, like running a bench mark for a few hours, you can hit thermal throttling temps
that would be the maximum I would personally leave
Yeah, you will thermal throttle just by launching WZ
what’s WZ
WarZone
oh
My GPU is idle right now at 43C, so just by lunching a game, you'd thermal throttle
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/956849090954666025/969866377009700924/20220430_174222.jpg 🥵 Desktop Class Nvidia RTX 3080 in Razer Core X Chroma enclosure 🥵
I did use furmark for gpu and aida 64 for cpu strss test
Ah, and you kept it under 80 for GPU, do you have an OC on?
if i stream and play would i need 32gb or 16gb?
lets start by like not a very hard to run stream
Depends on the game, I started streaming on 16Gb of RAM no problem, till I started playing Tarkov, then I needed more 😆
like streaming a video, roblox, web searching
to call of duty, war zone, gta
from my experience with 8gb of ram
Oh you mean, watch a YouTube video while playing a game (roblox)? I am SURE 16Gb will be fine to start
at gpu I left it somewhere at 15 - 20 minutes and it reached a maximum of 83 C ( that temperature remained constant ) and at cpu having "overcloack" I left it for an hour and it didn't exceed 76 degrees (ryzen 9 3900x 4.2ghz @ 1.250v) i got this values from https://siliconlottery.com/pages/statistics
My google chrome eats like 4.5 or 5 gb of ram with 5 tabs open
Ah ok, interesting, you've made me watch to keep a closer look at temps while I am gaming, I will get back to you with my temps after some watching 👀
yea look at these price differences between the 16 and 32 on the rgb
Yeah 8Gb of RAM is soon becoming, if not already has become, too little to do most tasks
I recommend riva tuner and msi afterburner
And that is 2x16Gb, try to get 4x8Gb rather, better running more RAM in dual channel
but for 16gb and I run the fastest ram speed on 16gb is fine i think
or some pizza https://youtu.be/6DprJwuxDfo
3200 for 16gb is fast isn’t it?
You spill any of that cheese, goodbye GPU 😆
i want cheese bro
or chicken on it
You can get 3600 kits
and if you want that chroma compatible get g.skill 😉
I have Corsair RGB Pro 3600 8Gbx4 kit currently, you can get them 😉
Find them 👀
did you run that thing to control them with synapse ?>
wait
No, I do not run "connected" apps, the SDK messes with other stuff, I just use iCUE at the same time
ITX is a smaller case, I guess that is a long boi drive
I personally have not had any problems with it and have been using it for about 2 years (the only problem was more recent with the motherboard disappeared from the "studio" tab)
but I'm not the only one with this problem
wt ?
Ah alright, I just find that for peripherals, Razer Synapse is great, but for temp monitoring and temperature shutdown settings, iCUE does the job
Oh I do not think the Razer ITX case has a 3.5 bay for HDDs
ye
i need to figure out which to get
FH5 + GTA V + COD + Valorant + Roblox
If you can get a 2.5 SSD I would go with the 500Gb as a boot drive, and the like a 2Tb 2.5 SSD
Or 1Tb if you'd like
yes i saw some settings in icue but i use the software i have been using for years (core temp, msi afterburner and if there are more serious problems hardware info)
there’s 500MB and 1TB 😭
For 2.5inch SSDs?
I recommend you get only ssd, I know they are more expensive but we are in 2022 (hdd only if you really need space and then I recommend one of at least 4tb)
no i mean in the images i sent
Yeah, so I am saying, if you can get a 2.5inch bay SSD, I would recommended the 500Gb one in the picture, as a boot drive, if you cannot get a 2.5inch bay SSD then the 1Tb one in the picture cause, more space...
would it run well even in 1 SSD?
oh
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/R7FKHx/samsung-870-qvo-2-tb-25-solid-state-drive-mz-77q2t0bam
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/3CmmP6/samsung-870-evo-2-tb-25-solid-state-drive-mz-77e2t0bam
870 Evo 2Tb, not bad
i’ll just add the 1TB
a friend has exactly the same models but they are 1tb each is 3 years old and had no problem
When do you see yourself getting this PC Hasan?
apart from the lifespan which decreases anyway to ssd
btw when you get it make sure to post some pics on #battlestations-old
Exactly, Hasan has to now
i don’t have a razer set up but I can show you mine if it’s fine
june maybe
Please do, it does not matter what's in the setup, we want to see is anyways
neither was mine until I got the motherboard and the ARGB controller so
Ok, ok, ok nice
hold on
bruh yk what’s crazy
that alienware mouse i posted in #battlestations-old
on the website i think it goes for like
$100
i found it on amazon for like
$35 dollars
i don’t remember how much i bought it for
$35-$25
brand new too
It's it comfortable?
Long boi mouse
my thumb only goes to the back space one
the clicks are amazing
i never tried a razer one
they should let me review one of their mouses
Is Razer listening? 😆
😆
GPU question is coming to my mind so hold up rq
going back to this
alpha selected me the MSI one
why not the EVGA
EVGA boots higher, it might have chosen that due to the price, lower chosen first
Wth is this abomination shape

My alien hands would fit perfectly
Ssg aliens wear
But alright Hasan, and Antianonimi (and now Alphacool), I am off, nice chatting with you guys and I'll see you when I see you (later today
)

cya
@vivid ledge
for the gpu u selected me
Time to make a profit and get a viper mini
why not the EVGA
2 people said 4 star
No advantage over each other

Boost clock?
If something goes wrong, like it's got a problem, EVGA, won't hesitate to help and replace
thick cooler ?
oh and size
EVGA warranty is way better
If that justifies $29 then go for it
But that's it
Otherwise identical
$18 additional for that if I switched to EVGA
That’s not bad tbh
better than me spending $200 to repair it with msi
i can sacrifice another $18
I also liked EVGA look, especially in the 1000 series with that industrial look, damn i miss old days
ikr

System Builder - Intel Core i5-12500, GeForce RTX 3060, Razer Tomahawk Mini-ITX Mini ITX Tower
i changed ur list just a tiny bit
Ok you want rgb ram?
yes
Cos if you do don't pick corsair
oh
Yeah don't pick corsair it's actually bad
i thought they were good
They mix up chips so a lot of the time you don't get what you paid for i.e they just don't work
I see it like 4, 5 times a day
Especially vengeance
oh wow
If you want rgb ram, we got lots of other options
they known for vengeance and they do that
wow
never knew that
G.skill for example works with synapse
Gskill trident z ?
System Builder - Intel Core i5-12500, GeForce RTX 3060, Razer Tomahawk Mini-ITX Mini ITX Tower
Nah not interested in gigabyte kits

Some are good but I so rarely see them I can't pick the kits apart
Don't know which are good or not
Also the SSD I picked for you
The SN770
It's faster irl than the 970 evo plus
It's like
Nearly gen 4 fast
Oh wow
Both are good though if you want to go evo plus
But yeah the build looks fine now
I gotta dip again
i think i already had it there maybe
not sure
alr
but I'm curious why did you go on Mini ATX and not ATX? @fierce cloak
i wanted something small
i mean i would do the ATX big one if I am forced to but i wanted the mini
Ooooo you wanted something small, now I understand
ye
@old summit
i want to ask you on the power supply and the cpu fan
System Builder - Intel Core i5-12500, GeForce RTX 3060, Razer Tomahawk Mini-ITX Mini ITX Tower
is there any way i can get a more quiet fan or nah?
noctua ones but they are expensive
should I look up the best coolers for the cpu I have?
the psu ngl never know cooler master has one
if you want but that one you already got is good
the most popular one i see is the cooler master
Alpha is here
!
The PSU is one of the best ITX PSU's you can get
And since they all cost a lot
May as well get a really good one
for the cpu cooler, should i get this?
idk how it’s popular
The arctic one is mikes better
check the hight
yep
Hyper 212 was really good like 4 years ago, that's why it's so popular
oh
But it's outclassed now
The arctic 34 can go up to mid-tier without any stress
Even better for a little more is the deepcool ak620
It's better than the NH D15
For like, 1/3 the price too
in comparison
not saying all this pc build list is going to waste
but what would u say is better
System Builder - Intel Core i5-12500, GeForce RTX 3060, Razer Tomahawk Mini-ITX Mini ITX Tower
this
or
this
i7
The 3060 lappy's this gen are really nice but you do lose performance
oh
The newer i5 will flatten that little i7 lol
Been way long than that maybe like 8-10 years
Laptop power is much lower than desktop
now that the list is done
i can buy all
from amazon
i think
let me see
Nice
You can still take it in to micro center afaik and get it built
Even if you bought elsewhere
(Call them first and check just in case)
Anyway gotta dip again
Glad to have helped 👍
amazon doesn’t build right?
No they just deliver
my razerblade15 2021 model has some screen tearing problems
had it for a little over a month
mostly happens when i go on reddit or move screen super fast i.e when i'm scrolling
Screen tearing could be a Nvidia thing, most of the time it's software related
If you want to post in #351097273226362880 I can try help you out
yh sure thx
You’ve to buy monitor keyboard and need to have more space with desktop, 0 portability, that’s the main difference between laptop and desktop not only the performance, most poeple won’t notice the 10fps difference on 60fps plus which both PC can do (depends setting and titles of course).
ah
let'
squeek
alr
Hey guys! I want to buy the Razer Blackshark v2 pro, but i have 1 quistion.. How long is the delay time for the sound? because its wireless
Is anyone else having issues with windows 11 and Bluetooth headphones? When I’m in a call on discord, teams or whatever, they just don’t work any more… worked fine in windows 10 😣
Ive had issues with Windows 11 since it came out. I went back to Windows 10
i have no say, as i'm not going to upgrade until there's few-to-no bugs
anyone know what i should change to make it sound better
Yeah, this is the most annoying issue for me as I’m on a call at least 3 times a day and can’t use my headphones. So annoying.
A completely fresh reinstall of windows I've noticed in the community seems to be the way forward for Win11
Otherwise there can be carry over driver issues and bluetooth could be very well related to that
If you can reinstall your bluetooth & wifi drivers the problem might go away
Is that on Razer Blade? I didn’t notice huge sound improvement changing it from stereo to thx, increasing hz as well, not a big difference on blade 14 2021.
oof
i used headphones a lot anyway
but it'll be nice if the speakers had a bit more base to it
yooo
it changed
oh yh
You can’t expect good bass MacBook level from windows laptops, the only windows laptop that comes close to it only Blade pro 17 2022, you can check recent dave2d video with title mystery of MacBook speaker why it can’t be caught by windows laptops.
yh true
Xps 15
Have good speakers
Or xps 13
thanks
Anyone got any recommendations for a cooling pad/laptop fan for the razer blade 15?
I don’t and never use cooling pad only stand to let the cooling performs better. If still hot, maybe try to repasting. Cooling pad might help with temperature but better thermal compound might also perform better. Blade 15 has thermal limitation so I don’t push it using costum boost and high since it’s (on my models) overclocking the gpu and let the cpu runs on highest tdp, so cooling pad won’t help much imo. With balance mode and higher fans rpm (while gaming), a bit rising the bottom areas using stand etc, I’ve 80ish cpu temperature and gpu never touch 80ish (blade 14 3070, blade 15 1070, using gelid extreme thermal compound).
Good to know, I don’t have experiences with dell laptops, for productivity mostly MacBook. Razer blade 15 2018 actually has quite good with up firing speaker compared to 2021 14, well maybe it has bigger room compared to the later.
just got mine too so far it is great 👍
Dell xps 15 is best overall
what program is this
THX spacial audio for pc
dats subscription service tho, and it doesn't work with my sennheiser 7.1 headset
is ubc better than audio jacks?
im too lazy to check
what is it
i can maybe answer it
unless it about audio
i have put little research into audio
dell💀
why dont people use pcs for work
it doesnt make sense
like portable but if your running heavy things you shouldnt be using a laptop
Aorus AMP500 vs CM MP510 vs hyperX fury S vs G-SR-SE
medium to fast pads comparison
which one should I get? or open to any other suggestions too
?
I thinks it's very different from work place and work type.
At my job there's only laptops for Team leaders and the ones in scheduling and the rest of us use pc's.
At mom's work there's nothing laptops and pc's for everyone, laptops to use at meetings or when visiting a client office to go through things, while they only do the actual work on the pc's since a laptop wouldn't be strong enough to run all the things simultaneously
Can I use a Ryzen 5600x in my PC with a GTX 1070?
yes
just check ur psu limit
cuz u can overload it
650
650 should be enough fot a 1070
im using a 650 for a 1060 and its halway the limit og the psu so it will work
yes
