And i dont have an extra USB port to plug it in
But my headset used a usb port
So if i were to use an adapter to plug the headset into the headphone jack would its chroma features still work as normal?

@stark needle in US you can get base model 2019 from Amazon for 1100. On your price range you can only get 2020 base which the performance isn’t hugely different. Advanced 2019 if you look for more maybe on reseller like Best Buy you can get it apparently, but that 1,1K base is hard to ignoring if i was on blade laptops market and living in US.

@stable sand so the reason you can't just buy a new dongle, when they manufacture the headset they pair that one dongle to the headset with unique coding so im sure with some skill or knowledge of coding you could figure out how to pair a new one. but Razer doesn't sell new dongles so as Xdelta said your only way to resolve this issue if support won't help is by buying a new headset. I know it sucks but sorry man

A replacement USB transceiver or dongle for the Nari can be purchased from the RazerCare Store.

There's an app used to pair it to the new one that requires the headset to be connected via USB wired, with the adapted also plugged in.

No I’ve Razer product battery that hold 6 years. Razer Edge the tablet, and Blade 15 2018 early batch with Black vapor chamber holds so far so good. Lithium Battery beside bad unit, heat might be also the culprit from, and aluminum unibody that has heat dissipation function might make the thing worse if user don’t pay attention on the temperatures.

How would I increase my FPS on a laptop? I am a Minecraft YouTuber (trying to start up a channel) and get about 30-40 FPS recording. I’m using Lunar Client and optimizing my FPS as much as possible. I’ve removed temporary files, using Razer Cortex, and changed some settings in the Intel UHD graphics program to optimize my graphics card. I have 8 GB of RAM (allocated 4 GB to Minecraft), Intel integrates graphics, have 256 GB SSD, and use a Surface Pro 6. OBS eats up my CPU quite a bit but I’ve changed some settings to reduce that. Any other ways I can optimize my FPS? I’ve changed in-game settings a lot already so there isn’t too much I can do in-game.

egpu for shaders and higher pixel count texture packs. Better cpu for streaming and overall beter minecraft performance. i would recomomend saving to buy a new laptop or build a pc because upgrading a laptop(espacialy a cpu which in your case does sound like you need a new cpu) is very hard. a lot of things can go wrong. I would save to build a decent pc, and use your old laptop (atleast upgrade your laptop's ram to 16 gigs) as the main stream processear. this will not only make it easier on your pc but the stream will be a lot easier to process for your laptop. as long as it has 4+ more cores i think that would work. @glass sentinel

Alright, thank you. I don't got enough money yet to upgrade, but I have been saving for a desktop that I'm gonna try and build. Right now I'm just looking into getting the most FPS possible on my laptop at the moment. I tested some stuff and looks like changing the resolution on it gave me 50-100 FPS recording (fluctuated a lot). Just looking for other ways at the moment 🙂

@glass sentinel the best you can do with your setting is probably by keeping the cpu cooler like using cooling pad or even repasting with a better compound, huge FPS drops might also because thermal throttle that push it to run on lower frequency, and keep playing on high temperature isn’t ideal for your machine.

Honestly what is recommend. Start out with a USB mic like yeti snowball. Get a normal headphones. Which will give you way better audio then a "going headset"

Those are awesome they come with the sound card and you can game all day without feeling like needing to remove the headset. The only other complaint I have about the krakens is clamping force. They are almost to loose in my head. And I think the only difference is lightning

I personally like the look of the lan cool 2. Another option is the h510 by nzxt. They also have a great mini pc case that includes an sfx PSU and aio. I just don't remember the name off hand .there also the Dan case which is a mini pc case. Lian li has a mini pc that has a grab handle

i just saw it's bad programm design, when razer synapse 3 isn't active, the underside changes color because those are in mice saved profiles, it's sad that when the programm is up that it jumps to the white light not letting you know wich profile is on

Because again, Wave Link uses PC software to process the audio, GoXLR uses hardware. They both provide mixer functionality, but you cannot say the Wave Link is a GoXLR USB when you study how they work

Thanks man. Hoping after I graduate in December, il get a good job so I can afford my super computer. Even with current gen stuff you can build an alright pc for 700 but it will still be a bit tuff.
