Could someone help? I am having an issue on a samsung tab s6 trying to use Razer Remote Play from my PC. I am using an Ipega pg-9038s that works fine with controlling android and all the emulators I use. I can use it to access all the games on my PC but once I start a game, the controller no longer works. I have also tried with an Xbox One controller and get the same results. It shows in the options/device settings that there is no controller detected, yet I am navigating all of the app (and Android itself) with the controller lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated, been pulling my hair out for hours

I have mine for about 6 months now. Zero issues. If it disconnects, it's most likely because there are other wireless interferences that messes up the connection between the dongle and the controller.

For me, yes. Depends on your use-case.

I play heavily using it so it's worth it for me, and I could've used any other HF joysticks, especially the ones from 8-bit Do, but I'm invested in the Razer ecosystem so I bought it.

The only thing I hate about the controller is the software.

That's the only major con I had to mention. Already got used to it, but it is still a bit stupid to have a completely separate program just to remap buttons wherein they could've just integrated those options in Synapse itself.

And the Wolverine software conflicts with Synapse. You can't have them both open at the same time or else the Wolverine software will interfere with it.

The joysticks' rubber faces can be changed with the included rubber faces inside the case. So far, no issues with mine with heavy use.

Intel is an excellent option now, they figured out their drivers a while ago

I know someone who recently ordered a G14 with a 5070Ti and so far it has been working great. The only thing this person told me was not to close the laptop while it is on (connected to an external monitor) because the heat from the chassis above the keyboard will actually transfer over to the bottom part of the G14's screen, which will cause permanent issues in the long run. Idk what gaming laptop you bought from Asus since you didn't mention it, but I would assume this would be the case for Asus laptops out there.

As for the reviews, while they are valuable and it is good to pay attention to them, there's really no other choice but to test it out as soon as you get it. For start, most people I know who has an Asus laptop immediately removed Armory Crate and installed G-Helper instead.

Lastly, I would suggest putting it under stress test to see if there would be any issues that would pop up. Whenever I have a new gaming laptop, I put it under stress via benchmarking tools (FurMark, etc) and literally leave it overnight when I go to sleep. If I wake up and and the program's still there, then that's a good sign for me.

Hi there, i have an issue with BlackSharck v2 pro 2023, they are not recognize in Synapse and they have a generic driver (USBAudio1.0). The support couldn't help me because they can't find the issue. After some troubleshooting I find that the driver is the problem. When I plugged in the dongle it's not recognized in firmware update or pairing utility. I ask them if they can provide me with an .ini driver for the headset and they refuse to help me. Is there a way to receive the driver from someone who have this headset?

You're boosting the wrong frequencies.

Try to add some bass shelves and preferably keep the mid and treble flat.

Making a dip for high mid, treble freq will make guns muffled.

And also, when adjusting the EQ profile, try not to offset frequencies over 3 decibels, it will unnecessarily change the tonality of the sound. And everything will sound really funny.

I can answer this Q for you.

Blackshark V2's mic is pretty good, so if you're someone who's chatting with others online via Discord or whatnot, then I suggest getting this. However, compared to, say, Kraken V4, I would say it has less than spectacular audio speakers, and they sound a bit flat for my tastes even if you tinker with the EQ settings.

I have the Kraken V4 Pro. I do think it sounds better than the Barracuda by miles, but the mic is notably worse than the Barracuda. The soft padding on the mic that Barracuda has really helps with that. Kraken V4 Pro doesn't have that.

Obviously, these are under Razer's ecosystem. If you're not brand-conscious, then there are wayyyy better headsets out there than these two.

Yes but it's definitely small if you get one in your hand. I was shocked when I first seem it. But 512MB size was king then. The size the speed and space were all shocking. Scandisk started selling very similar size but a lot wider to fit in hand better. But now it seem other are getting access.

As long as the software Razer provides is correct, of course.

And on laptop, make sure to change input from your laptop mic to your Blackshark.

if you need a keyboard just for simple typing and texting, a regular membrane keyboard would fit you

if you still wanna type and text BUT you want it to SOUND and FEEL better, you should go for customized mechanical keyboard
