Here's one I've never experienced before, and it's been interesting narrowing it down. My Razer V3 Basilkisk left click doesn't work when a key is held down, have tested two keyboards. Currently recovering from a fractured ankle or I would test on another PC. Google only shows less specific issues like the mouse click not working at all, but this is specificly only when the keyboard key is held down (and only with this mouse). Thoughts?

Hi i just go my brand new headsett and when i tried to turn the hyperspeed wireless block thing it just showed a blue light and then turned off. when i first got it i went home and turned it on but when i tried to turn it on there was no sound but i plugged in the charger in the headsett and it came sound but its kinda annoying that the cable is swinging in my face so i tried the little box and there only popped up a blue light for a few seconds (edited)

I'm having issues with my Sireen Mini microphone not picking up my voice. I've tried restarting and unplugging it. I think I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, but I'm not sure I did it correctly. I uninstalled it from Device Manager and then restarted my PC with the mic connected.

Additionally, I tested the microphone on another laptop, and it worked fine, but it still doesn't function on my laptop. Any advice on how to resolve this?

if it's within warranty, you can try getting a replacement. generally, keys not working is a hardware issue. I'm not a fan of razer products, I don't think their products are built particularly well, but the switches should be rated for I believe at least 50 million keystrokes, depending on which specific keyboard you have. switches or the keyboard failing before then could be due to being overly rough on it (smashing/hitting it, dropping it, etc) or damage from water, or maybe it just needs to be cleaned. otherwise, it would be a defect. definitely see if you can use warranty on it, it shouldn't have failed that quickly.

Does anyone else have the same problem as me?

  • When I play a game, sometimes a command repeats.
    For example: I press D to make the character go right, and then let go, but the game still thinks I'm still pressing the key and keeps making me go right. I need to press right again and release it so it understands that I released the button.
    Another example: I press the jump button, and after the character jumps [SPACEBAR] he doesn't jump anymore, even when I press the jump button again. I have to keep pushing the jump button several times to make him jump again and in some cases, I need to disconnect the keyboard from the computer to be able to jump again.

I use button remapping with Synapse 4 if that matters.

out of nowhere today my basilisk v3 has been acting up with the scroll wheel. first, it wouldnt scroll at all, so i unplugged it and replugged it and restarted my laptop, but now it will randomly scroll in/out while i scroll (i might scroll down a page and suddenly it'll scroll up, not the scroll wheel itself but the page wsill move up). it is stuck on tactile and won't swap to free spin, although synapse still recognises when it is on either.
i tried it on a different device and it worked just fine. strangely enough, disabling the scroll keys on synapse fixes the tactical-free spin problem

Alright, it sounds like the power of the device isn't working.

Charge it, and see if it works past that.

Make sure the USB C cable you are using is thin and fits. Have to see the glowing dot while charging.

Let it charge for an hour, and test after that.

If it doesn't work still, contact the Warranty if it's still within warranty.

I've been using membrane/laptop keyboards for my entire life, I've had an Ornata V2 for 4 years, though I removed the clips and it kinda became a Cynosa V2. Now, I've just bought my first mechanical keyboard (Blackwidow V4 75%, been using for a week). Oh, gotcha. In my experience, it's usually a little bit of an adjustment when switching keyboards, especially if you use it in-game a lot. If you just got it not very long ago, you might just need a few days of use to get that muscle memory built up.

I currently have a 1TB Crucial P1 NVME in my MSI x570 Gaming Plus motherboard.
I want to get a new Gen 4 NVME but have some questions first.

  1. I can't really find it, but the second NVME slot that my motherboard has can fit a 2280 (my P1) right, so that I can use both.
  2. If I get an NVME with heatsink, I can take of the heatsink and put it on my P1 while reusing the heatsink from my motherboard for my new NVME right? Or can't you seperate it?
  3. I assume I can reuse my motherboard heatsink right or once I remove it, it needs some form of renewing (like with thermal paste for the cpu coolers)

I recently dropped my Razer Barrcuda headset and think my volume wheel on the headset got pushed in. Now when I move it up (with more difficulty this time) It switches all the volume to the right ear. When I move it to the middle, and brings the volume to both ears, but it's not a great amount of volume I would prefer, but can't increase it without moving it up, which switches it to the right ear. When I move it down, it switches the audio to the left ear.

I recently got my viper v3 pro and I updated the firmware so I can maximize the 8k hz polling rate, now that the update was done, I imported the profile I've had for my v2 pro to my v3 pro. But now the 8k hertz polling rate is not showing up in the Razer Synapse app

Additionally, when I try to modify it through the firmware, it says the mouse is at its latest and it still doesn't show the 8k hertz polling rate

My buddy and i have razer viper ultimates, his dongle unpaired somehow from his mouse, he came over to me to fix it, i used the razer utility app, his mouse connected to his dongle but now my dongle won't work with either mouse, it just shows the pairing failed screen after a pretty long load

got a question. i recently bought the RAZER Freyja (HD Haptic Gaming Cushion) and i'm messing with the options in the menu of the sensa HD haptics and i saw that Forza Horizon 5 was one of the games that it uses for the effects and i played the game, drove around for a bit, but i didn't feel anything in the chair, everything is pretty much basic settings as they were. although, when i went to turn on the chair for the 1st time, i did press the power button and it flashed. are the lights supposed to do that or is it supposed to be solid lights meaning that it IS on? i tried looking around for help but i can still access the customizations for it with the new synapse 4 app (that uses the sense HD) ....help please?

Hey everyone. Hopin someone might be able to help. I cannot update the firmware on my Razer Naga Pro Wireless mouse.. I downloaded the firmware update utility but i cannot get past the instructions telling me to plug in the wireless dongle. The word "update" is greyed out. Obviously the dongle is plugged in and the mouse is connected and working. I tried reinstalling synapse, with and without plugging the mouse into the PC with the supplied USB cable, mouse on and off. Im not sure what else to do?

oh, and i tried multiple USB ports. But as i stated, the mouth is connected and working both in wireless and wired mode so its not a connection issue

Hai.. I’ve had my tomahawk desktop since 2021, I’ve noticed that it is now discontinued but I’ve had issues with it since the first couple of months after the purchase. It all started by weird noises coming from the pc. So I cleaned it and it was okay for a while. Later on it would randomly turn off on its own and overheat. Id open the case and my gpu would feel like a hot stove. One of the fans sometimes doesn’t spin.. and recently everything is super slow on it. I was able to click on apps but none of them were able to load in. It makes my room so hot to the point where I’m afraid of it exploding on me. Sometimes when I am afk relaxing on my bed it would make loud vacuum noises when I only have Valorant open. This is very unacceptable and Ive tried softwares for my fan speeds but those weren’t much help. I don’t know what to do anymore. Ive emailed support a while back having similar issues but received zero help.

Hey guys I just got a 3080 ti 5800x 32gb ddr4 gskill ram custom pc. I’ve had it for 2 days and has worked perfectly for those two days until this morning I was in a Fortnite match and the pc shut off. I went to turn on the pc and all the fans were spinning and all the rgb was on and the aio screen was on. But the dram light was on. I didn’t move the ram and it was working just before. If you have experienced the issue with another headset then I have a stronger suspicion that its related to which device the system has active (without being 100% sure).
Have you tried to check what your Discord sound settings show directly from the Discord application?

I don't think that's the Blackshark, usually headsets contain the brand name etc.
Do you have Razer synapse installed? Because if you do you can check if the headset is detected in there

Try to navigate to your taskbar, there should be a little arrow pointing upwards, if you click on that you should be able to see a Razer Synapse icon, if you right click on that you should be able to open the software
