Stripped screws need to be treated with an epoxy like super glue, gorilla glue will take longer(overnight) but should work as well.

Then you take a T5 torx bit to it ( a set is $5 at Harbor Freight) and carefully unscrew the stopped screw. As much as a knife and a spellcheck would do you it’s far more efficient to use the method I just explained above so you don’t strip the other, thin-metal made security screws.

Also please don’t destroy the inside of your Personal Comouter

You put the glue in the head of it (obviously lol) then let it dry to create a seal around the strip

I just did it to mine last month. Screw came out perfectly and got a replacement set of screws at Amazon for $20

i did my own research.. there is a program you can get off gethub that allows for it to run stratagems

its not the BEST but it works well enough

the real problem is that loupedeck doesn't seem to always have Helldivers 2 in focus

it doesn't work with the dynamic mode and if you don't have the profile pulled up it wont work at all

you need to assign the stratagem keys to num pad 8,2,4,6 in order for it to work and Helldivers doesn't save those setting so you have to change on every launch

if you can get past all that, it does work 96% of the time. you cant be sprinting and hit the button, and it will just upright fail from going to fast from time to time

I'll just pick up a Stream Deck, the 15 key one is about the same price on sale right now.
Till then I'll keep using the macros setup on my keyboard keys via steelseries. they work 100% of the time.

Have you tried resetting the board with the gear wheel in the upper right of Synapse? I have seen that fix these sort of issues. Unfortunately, Emperiex is right: it could be a failed switch. You could try a Hard reset if all else fails.

long story short best buy claims they never sold or warrantied my device even after i proved i purchased it with them.. an after following up with razer they helped give me options with the battery bloating issue.. got it fixed for under $200.. but the key board seems to be having some kind of hardware issue after three years of flawless use. not sure ive tried updating bios, uninstalling and reinstalling keyboard, cleaning the inside from dust thinking the fans might be clogged.. windows updates, synapse updates, graphics updates, and windows updates. I do max my cpu and feel like the heat thats coming off the device is causing refracting issues and also possibly damaging the key board? or the ribbon might have been comprimised when the battery bloated.. not exactly sure, because it does work but will cut in and out randomly..

i wouldnt mind attempting to replace the keyboard for another $200 but not sure if thats gonna fix it or delay the death of this device after 3-4 years of use. when i do reset the keyboard by uninstalling and restarting itll work for a few minutes then default to random keys not responding when pressed, was just curious if anyone else ran into this issue before or if replacing the keyboard thats built in will?

I’m sure you have to register it on the website to get the warranty - Besy Buy isn’t going to do that. Ever. IMHO it’s one of the first things that needs to be done to get an RMA for a broken Blade. It’s a shame that the keyboard is malfunctioning, that could be due to a overheated or even a burned out cap on the motherboard where it connects to the keyboard - which , as you have described, sounds like it could be because of the keyboard overheating.

Ideally, you could have the same effect by using a virtual machine within your product. If a VM does not come with your product, then one can be installed, but that’s a particular type of coding that requires intermediate or advanced knowledge and application.

But the pro to this approach is that it will not void any warranty because it’s classified as a software installation.

I am having issues with my Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard. I have it plugged into my PC directly via the provider USB cable, but it is losing battery charge anyway. I am not using it wirelessly and have never used it wirelessly, but somehow it is still losing battery charge. I updated the firmware but that did not work.

I'm currently not even using my keyboard (I'm typing this on my phone), and it's not gaining any charge.

I have the Basilisk 2019 version and it's quite vvvery good. I love the buttons, and the way it is designed, also the way you can put the thumb on the mouse.

That's why I was trying to look for one like this one, and the Basilisk V3 it's literally from the same family so it's perfect.
