I have been using my headset for 3 weeks now but recently reset my computer. I was using the headset fine but noticed the surround sound wasn't configured, so I installed Synapse 4 for THX and now my headset isn't playing any audio. I've connected the headset with the 3.5mm jack and the audio plays fine. When trying to connect wirelessly with the dongle, the headset seems to pair fine by the LED indicator and the microphone detects audio, but no audio is played. The sound of static when the headset volume knob is turned changes when different audio is expected, so I'm imagining there's some signal being detected. I've tried the Audio Pairing Utility Tool, the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool, attempted to update the firmware but it was up to date, reinstalled Synapse multiple times, and checked the Windows Device Manager to no avail. I'm not sure where to go from here, any ideas?

I'm losing my mind here. My mouse shortcuts aren't working because the Razer software completely refuses to load, and I've tried everything.

The Problem:
Every time I launch the software, I am greeted with a completely blank/white screen showing only the Razer logo and the version v1.27.16 in the top left corner. Nothing loads, it just runs into a loop in the background, which means my mouse profiles and shortcuts are completely frozen and unusable.

What I have tried so far:

Task Manager: Killed all Razer background processes (RazerAppEngine, RazerCentral, etc.) and ran the app as an Administrator.

Cache Wipe: Attempted to delete the Razer folder in %localappdata% (had to fight Windows services to unlock it).

The Nuclear Option: I literally just did a clean, full reinstall of Windows on my PC. After a fresh boot and installing the latest Razer software, the exact same white screen v1.27.16 issue happened instantly.

Drivers: Graphics drivers are up to date.

I just want to use my mouse shortcuts. Has anyone encountered this specific v1.27 white screen bug on a fresh Windows install? Any workarounds or registry fixes?
