Hi All, Not wanting to be disparaging, but i'm hugely dissapointed in Razer and their support.
The basilisk 3.0 pro mice paired with a hyperflux 2.0 Mat, does not charge as described (logged a call)
my blackwidow V4 Pro less than 6 months old broke the RHS 'feet' as i pushed it back on a secretlabs desk (leather type top) and it was so weak it snapped the lugs that hold it together (supportcall loed also)

Both issues denied by support, as misuse or got to Amazon.

all devices are registered, but still no assistance on either problems

I ended up spending more money on a wireless charging device for mouse (mouse dock pro) to cope!

Completely not happy with warranty or support overall!
